Halloween World: Hectic Hallow House

A challenge from Spaceman and me (mostly me)

A parent who lost her family during Halloween World adopts orphaned children. The problem is these orphaned children are Tyke Bombs.

The result after thirteen years is that there's a unassuming, kindly, motherly type who everyone in the know goes out of their way to be nice and extra polite to, since a) anyone who can handle multiple Tyke Bombs is clearly a force to be reckoned with, and b) there's a gaggle of now mostly grown-up Tyke Bombs for whom she was the first person to treat them with kindness and love, who are justifiably devoted to their 'Mum' (and each other for that matter), and who, while mostly 'defused', don't take kindly to anyone who upsets her, although so far only Horrors have felt their wrath.

You can seperate the story into two sections. The first second is pre-Time Skip with Mom finding the kids after losing her biological children and coming together. The second is the family coming together to save one of their own and perhaps help a new generation.

Any and all crossovers are welcome. If the character in question qualifies as a Tyke Bomb (see the tvtropes article) then they're fair game. Motlieness is actively encouraged.
