My name was Sun.Rose. of Fanfiction.net.

I've decided to "turn a new page" in my life.

With this basic shift, I had to do some hard things. I threw away dozens of stories written in my little writer's notebook. I am donating nearly a dozen of the books off my shelf. Now, I am deleting Temptations and Trapped, my two main Fanfiction stories, permanently.

I've decided to do this because the emotions that I felt and encouraged in my writing and reading and thinking were strong and deep and very poignant, and I loved them, but they weren't good. They weren't good for me or the people around me. They were lonely and melancholy and loss, all of which are important feelings and part of life. However, at the same time, I don't need to, and I shouldn't be focused on them.

I'm better than this, I decided. I thought of all the things that I am: a person, a loved one, a soul, a daughter and sister, a rising sun, and I couldn't not do this for myself. Now, I'm following through.
