Author has written 9 stories for Mortal Instruments, Harry Potter, Misc. Books, and Twilight. I'm a 20 year old student at Montclair State University. I'm an English major with a concentration in creative writing. I mainly write in the Harry Potter and Mortal Instruments fandoms, though I haven't written anything for Potter in a while. I'm the webmaster of a fansite for The Mortal Instruments, a brilliant trilogy by Cassandra Clare, and most of my spare time is spent trying to get everything finished on there and running smoothly. I am very inspired by music and almost everything I write has some kind of song that corresponds to it. If I feel particularly nice, I'll mention the song in the beginning of the chapter as an Author's Note. I write enough het in my daily life, using original characters, so I like to play with other people's characters. My favorite slash pairings are Remus/Sirius, Oliver/Percy, Percy/Neville, Severus/Remus from Harry Potter and Alec/Magnus (yay canon!) from The Mortal Instruments. When I do write het, I've been known to write Hermione/Percy, Hermione/Snape, OC/Percy, OC/Remus from Harry Potter and Jace/Clary (Mmm, incest) from The Mortal Instruments. Most of my fanfiction is written during the times when I'm sitting here, staring at an empty NeoOffice document, and trying to write a paper. Don't ask how that works... Instead ask how I end up turning in papers with actual content three hours later ;). As for my own work, I have three teen novels that I jump between. One has a similar plot to my fanfic "When You Say Forever," but with a boy and girl instead of a Warlock and a Shadowhunter. I've been working on it for four years and decided to do the fanfic in order to figure out more about my own story. I hope to someday publish them, but I know it will probably be a long time. Some of my favorite writers are Jane Austen, Laurie Faria Stolarz, Cassandra Clare, JK Rowling, Shakespeare, and Sarah Dessen. And I'm a sucker for feedback, so do it! :) | |||||||||
