Author has written 3 stories for Ranma. Behold my profile. It is my...Profile. And yes that's Brianna from Gold Digger to your left. Why is she there? Because I like her and I played a WoW character named after her so long that after hearing myself called that on Vent I have to stop myself from answering to it in real life. Anyway if you're reading this either you clicked on one of the reviews I left on one of your stories (very likely), clicked on my little Fanfiction.net link on the Fukufics forums (unlikely) or you actually read one of the stories I've posted here (very very unlikely but if so I love you). So umm...welcome here. I think it's traditional to list a little bit of what you like in a story. Ok then. In regards to Fanfiction I'm most keyed into Ranma 1/2 fanfction not because that's the only series I know it's just one of the areas I'm most comfortable with and like the see the characters screwed with the most. In regards to Ranma 1/2 fanfiction I am not a huge Akane fan but I've read quite a few fics that handle her really well so I can see them working. My favorite cannon fiance is Ukyo but she has a hard 'voice' to write for as she was such a background character a lot of the time. I DO like Ranma-chan fics that are well written and make sense. I acknowledge that most of them are grossly out of character but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy them does it? I also like fics where his curse is cured and he lives a happy life without it too however so I'm not biased about any of the 'big two' of what so many Ranma fanfiction fans complain about. In non-fanfiction fiction I've recently gotten into various Urban fantasies novels. My favorites being Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld Series and Seanan McGuire's Rosemary and Rue series. Other then that I like a diverse set of entertainment...Not much else to say there. Oh and I'm a New Jersey Devils fan. Which has been heartbreaking the last few seasons...But is still better then being a Rangers fan :). Anyway, a little about me...Umm...I use to write fanfiction a good 13 years ago in High School all of which was total embarrassing crap that I have purposely lost. My 'best' fic was called DoCo 1/2 and was about the formation of that band. It was an awful piece of garbage in script format. Over the past months I have for some inexplicable reason (quit WoW and had free-time...fine not so inexplicable) began to read a ton of fanfiction again. Due to this I got the idiotic idea to say hell maybe I can write something too like these people whose fics I enjoy. This is probably not going to happen, but I'm relatively good at deluding myself so maybe it will. Especially if I somehow do magic on peoples and make them think I have some sort of talent. Working on: 1. Beginning Chapter 3 specific outlining/brainstorming based on general outline of the Jade Rose's Thorn. 2. Concepting a crazy Ranma/MythBusters comedy vague sort of cross that will require a lot of cannon manga research. | |||||||
