- I'm very sorry, but I'm pulling Wide Awake from the internet... JUST KIDDING! I can't even... anyway, please don't worry about this. I'm not pulling it. Unless FFn and LJ both simultaneously force me to do so (which is not within the realm of impossibility where my crappy luck is concerned), it's staying up. The story that I plan to publish isn't Wide Awake. It just has a similar plot and characterizations. All that fun stuff that was born my dumb little head. It won't be the same story, so there's no reason to pull it.

- The Wide Awake Epilogue is in the works. I know I promised it a long time ago and it's a little (lot) late. I apologize for being Faily McFailstein. Nothing would make me more elated than finishing Wide Awake. Seriously. I could win Powerball tomorrow and it would still haunt me. Everyone close to me has been appropriately pushy and supportive of me to get it out and wash my hands of it. Truthfully, the negativity has just caught up to me, and even something as simple as opening the document makes me physically ill. I truly wish this were hyperbole. At this point, with all the waiting and talking, anything I post is going to be less-than-what-everyone-expected. I've come to terms with that and am truly sorry that all this time isn't going to produce the Super Spectacular Awesome Smutty Substance-Having Sparkly Perfection Epilogue Of All Time. Not gonna happen. Go see Pastche Pen's epilogue of If Love Could Light a Candle for that.

But I am honestly doing my best, employing parallel strategies such as visual aid (because graphics are my funtimez), to nurse it along and birth it. It will get done and posted, and when it does, everyone who has Wide Awake on alerts will be the first to know. (Well, except my beta, PastyP, and Angel. Oh... and... that one author, who I may have bribed for a B/J/E threesome outtake from her awesome fic with the promise of a sneak peak of the WA epilogue. Yes, I will bribe for smut. Don't judge, you know you would too.)

So... that's that. I'm doing my best. It will get completed (I'm really shooting to post before October 1st, but please don't take this as a deadline. It's more of a personal goal.) AND when it DOES get finished, I will like... idk... throw a motherfucking party or something. Thank you for caring enough to ask where the hale it is. I'm sincerely beyond honored to have anyone at all still want to read the hot mess. I hope you understand.

- I do not wish to have Wide Awake or any other story translated. I sincerely thank those who offer for wanting to take the time to do it, but I truthfully am not comfortable having it translated into something I can't read and verify on my own. Now, I can't STOP you from translating it. I just politely ask that you don't, is all. Take it or leave it. I'd probably just open it up and stare at it all blankly. I mean... I'm still struggling to not suck at english. One step at a time and all that. But THANK YOU so much for offering. It means the world to me that you think so highly of the story that you want others to be able to read. I'm sorry I suck and stuff.

- I haven't abandoned Of Geminis & Gypsies. I just suck, haven't you heard anything? I can't really focus on it the way I want to with the WA epi post fail. Once WA is done, I can finally focus on it and start posting again. I'm excited to delve back in to Prettyward and Gypsper. Thanks for the interest. Hope to get it out soon after WA is sleeping with the fishes.

I'm a 24 year old graphics designer and web developer. I have absolutely no life, which pretty much means i spend all of my free time writing on this thing and reading through fics.
Wide Awake is my very first venture into any kind of writing, and probably won't be my last by any means. Because it's fun. And I have no life. I love all of my reviewers unconditionally, and wish that I could reply to every one and tell them just how much their comments make me smile. But I figure I'd be making you all happier by posting a chapter, so I focus my time on that. I absolutely love all things angst... obviously. But enjoy seeing a happy ending. I have more twisted stories cooked up in my head than you could possibly imagine. And I can't wait to get them all out.

-Okay... any type of vomit.
-Lets add any type of excrement to that list too.
-All the bugs in Adobe ImageReady 7.0. Fix it already! Haven't you people ever heard of a patch?!
