Favorite Game Console: Oh, that's a toughy. I'd have to say the PlayStation One. I don't know why, but I feel a lot of nostalgia when I play PS1 games and when I think of that console. It makes me regret getting rid of mine.

Favorite Games: the .hack games, Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XII, the Kingdom Hearts franchise, the Pokemon franchise, the Soul Caliber franchise, Xenosaga I, II, and III, World of Warcraft, the PS1 version of Frogger, the FIRST Spyro game, Dark Cloud, the first and fourth Devil May Cry games, and I few more I can't think of right now.

Favorite TV Shows: Family Guy, the Simpsons, King of the Hill, C.S.I., and That 70's Show.

Favorite Movies: Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Sky, Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, Marly and Me, Where the Red Fern Grows, The Green Mile, Forest Gump, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, The PageMaster, The Nightmare Before Christmas, the first three movies of Pokemon, the first Aladan movie, Alice in Wonderland, the first Tarzan, Hercules, Peter Pan, Labyrinth, The Secret of Nymph, Thumbelina, the first Fantasia movie, An American Tale (the FIRST one), The Land Before Time (once again, the FIRST one, the second was decent but nowhere near as good as the first...and the others were absolutely pointless), the Sailor Moon movies, the original Digimon movies (the ones that were mushed into one movie here in the US and focused on Adventures 01 and 02), Digimon: The Revenge of Dioboramon (I probably spelled it wrong; it was really good and actually made me laugh...that and it was very nostalgic and the animation was really good), and the Harry Potter movies.

Pet Peeves of Mine:

Mary Sues: Okay, seriously, why would someone want to write about a character that is perfect? I do not see the appeal in that. Its great to see what makes a person strong, but then what could be considered a negative aspect of their attitude and overall character. And I don't mean those OCs whose negatives completely outweigh their positives until it is ridiculously unrealistic. That and its nice to see character makes mistake because of their negative personality traits, or simply to make a mistake! Especially if there is going to be character development; making mistakes can be very crucial to helping certain characters grow. Now, I am aware that I may have some Mary Sues for OCs, and I if I do, I would like it if someone would tell if and why my characters are Mary Sues that I am may improve and change them.

Lack of Character Development: I do not expect this out of every fic, but I would like to see some of it. I would like to see the personalities and views of certain characters to change a little, to show that they have been impacted by something or someone throughout the fic. This does not bother me too much, but I would like to see more of it.

Pointless Angst: Okay, I can understand if there is a good reason for the angst. Something happens that could actually cause angst in a person. But when this OC has angst that doesn't need to be there, and there is no point to it, then it is irritating. I can understand if something happened in their past to cause their current angst at the beginning to the story. Now, if the angst is part of character development, then I will put up with it just to see where the OC will be going personality-wise.

Out of Character: It annoys me. I did that a few times and I am trying to correct that with some of my fics. Now, this happens a lot with humor fics. But really, the canon characters need to stay in character even in humor fics. That will make it funnier to read their in-character reactions to certain things. And yes I do realize it can be a challenge to write certain characters in-character, but at least put some effort into it!

True Love At First Sight: Its cliche. That, and a little annoying. I hate it when characters just start falling in love, OCs and canon alike, for no reason. Now it would be understandable if it were an infautation and then slowly the relationship struggles to stay together and eventually changes along with character development. But if they stay in love since they first time they saw each other, then its a little annoying.

Little to no Details: I absolutly love it when I am reading a fic that is rich with detail. Even if I already know what a character or certain location looks like, its still fun to read the detail that can be put into describing certain areas and or people. I hate it when there is more dialogue then there is details.

High-School/Vampire plots: I have seen so many of these, and to be honest, I am not a fan of them. The vampire idea is just random; I see them in fics where there would not be any vampires in that show/game/book/cartoon/anime/manga/movie, whatever. Now if someone can think of a reason to have vampire-like creatures or vampires in the fic, then I don't mind. And then I don't see why people are putting these characters in high school. I understand the creativity idea, but now its not that original anymore since there are so many of them. Just my opinion, though.

Twilight: This is really quite tragic. I used to love the word 'twilight', and I still do, but now I can't say it without someone thinking that I am talking about the series and not the word that is another way to say 'sunset'. I will admit it that I liked the books, but they were the kind of book I would only read once, and maybe again if I honestly had nothing else to read. But now I am beginning to despise the entire series due to all of the hype surrounding it. I could rant about that series for hours if I wanted to, but I do not feel like doing so so I won't.

Things I like About Writing:

Character Development: I absolutely love this! I enjoy reading a story where the characters grow and mature as its goes on. Even if the characters are adults, I still like it when they undergo changes to their personality. Its realistic and believable, seeing a character change due to the things they see or do during the story.

Accurate and Detailed Descriptions: One thing I enjoy is reading description that are not only accurate, but very detailed. That and the words used in the details are creative and somewhat poetic. It will me paint a very interesting picture in my head while I am reading. I could care less if I already know what a canon character or area looks like; the added description is still fun to put in to the story. I do not know why, but I enjoy describing a character's appearance. Its fun for me. I'm sorry if it annoys other readers.

Believable Characters: I want to see characters that seem to actually fit in the story. Its awkward reading a story where the OC doesn't seem to fit in. I like reading fics where the OC maye have met a canon character prior to the fic and if the OC actually has a history that would fit. And giving a character personality traits that would actually fit their background and surroundings help too. I hate it when I see a character who came from a perfectly normal background as being really depressed and angsty. It makes me wonder why they are like that. But that leads into my dislike of pointless angst, so I won't discuss it here. Just put a character that actually fits in the fic, not someone who would not belong in that kind of story.
