Hello, my name is Ally and I live in Michigan. I'm 22 years old and I am a total anime lover! I think it all started with Hiyao Miyazaki and then to Rurouni Kenshin, my main love. I am a huge fan of RK, Vampire Knight, Blood Plus & C, Hakuouki, and so many others. Love the bishies! Unfortunately I have no one to talk with about my love and have been forced into a "closet" so I desperately cling to my anime through fanfic and secretly watching anime. And no I am not an otaku, if someone asks me I'll truthfully tell them but since I have never been asked, and since the last time I asked someone they made fun of me, I do not openly express my admiration. But I know that all of you love anime as much as I do and I love reading the stories so here I am! I am trying to write one of my own but I am no great like most others. Heres the summary: Kaoru is an orphan, keeping alive by learning to fend for herself in the harsh world. Kenshin is still training at Hiko's mountain. They become friends when he helps her out. During this time a war has begun and all the able bodied men were drafted either into the Ishin Shishi or the Shinsengumi. Kenshin is enlisted to help the Ishin Shishi but before he leaves he promises Kaoru that when he comes back he's going to propose to her. During the time that he is gone though the war hits the town and nothing is left. So when Kenshin comes back, where is Kaoru?

I know, I know it kind of sucks but when all I've read is the fanfics here with all the drama I can't help but make mine the biggest soap opera ever. But there will be twists and turns! Please let me know what you think! Ja ne!
