I listen to movie/musical soundtracks A LOT--especially if they're instrumental--so my favourite soundtracks include Pirates of the Caribbean (all of them), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Atonement, The Duchess, Pride & Prejudice, Black Swan, Phantom of the Opera, Billy Elliot, and Wicked. I don't mind hip hop, but it depends on the song. I hate rap, heavy metal, anything that sounds like scream-o, or anything that sounds like the above.

Other: You might notice I have a lot of favorites... Hey, in my defense a lot of them are one-shots and I read quite a few different fandoms. (I read mostly Pirates of the Caribbean, Twilight, and Pride and Prejudice, but you'll some of Atonement, The Luxe, Titanic, and Disney classic movies. There's a Chronicles of Narnia one-shot or two in there somewhere... I've also started reading Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys, Prince of Persia, and a bit of Victorious. I'm probably forgetting something...) If I like it, I favorite it. Plus I read a lot of stories in my spare time when I'm not writing or on other random websites. I'm an avid reader for both books and fan fictions, so you can't really blame me. :P (And in my defense, I've seen several people with 500-800 favorites, so I'm not the only one!) I might go back through my 400+ list and clean some of it out. Maybe. Depending how bored I am, hehe.

Willabeth vs. Sparrabeth

Okay, now don't get me wrong. I don't mind that some POTC fans are in love with Sparrabeth (or Norribeth, etc.) and some fans are in love with Willabeth. Really, if you think Will and Elizabeth should be together, or Jack and Elizabeth should be together, or whatever other pairing you may like, it's up to you. I personally, however, always believed that Will and Elizabeth should be together. Even before I finished watching the first scene of the first movie, I have always thought that they will--and should--be together. Will had always been supportive of Elizabeth and always allowed her to be who she wanted to be, not what someone told her to be. I had never seen Will degrade her because she's a woman. They love each other. It's as simple as that. I never did see chemistry between Jack and Elizabeth during the second movie as people have claimed. All I saw was two people pushing each other's buttons and trying to piss the other one off. I firmly believe that Jack and Elizabeth will always remain as friends. Nothing more than that. I never did see much of a relationship between Elizabeth and Norrington except for friendship and maybe a big brother-little sister kind. I never supported (and never will) support Will/OC. Really, people. What do you want Elizabeth to do? Jump off a cliff? Never exist period? (Oh, and for those who may just happen to support Elizabeth/OC, I don't support that either. Just thought you should know...) The other pairings for Elizabeth are just...wrong. Sorry, but I just can't see Elizabeth being in love with Barbossa or Beckett or any other possible character pairing without wondering what has happened to the world. However, if you think that she should be with one of them (or if you think Will should be with an original character, etc.), I respect that and won't argue you about it mercilessly. I really won't.

On another note, I think that this whole shipper war is absolutely ridiculous. Want to make your fan fictions Sparrabeth? Go ahead. Love Norribeth? Sure. Willabeth? Write 'em. Does it mean you have to read them? Nope. I would like to keep the peace, and I'm sure there's a lot of people who want to, too. It's your choice as to who Elizabeth should be with. Mine just happens to be Willabeth.
