Eleanor Roosevelt was bisexual or lesbian. The First Lady, wife to FDR, was known as "First Lady to the World" and had a long-standing relationship with another woman. Furthermore, no one ever knew! The only way anyone ever found out was when they found letters she sent to her lover. One such letter quoted:

This is an interesting new development that no one knew and those that did know didn't care. If they did care, they were either ok with her way of life or they just needed to hide the fact she was in love with another woman. The fact that never once was it documented that her husband hated her means that he was ABSOLUTELY fine with her being happily in love with another- let alone another woman. This just shows that even back in the 1930's people were starting to reform and accept the belief that love holds no bounds!

Other than that, it's fun to read new interesting things. Currently my readings are Mai-Hime stories.
