dropping stones into the water and watching the ripples grow, when I see two doves flying together, milk moustaches, splashing in puddles, the wind catching my hair, long walks, coming in from the cold and cuddling into my bed, crying uncontrollably at love movies, spinning globes and finding where I'm going to live, playing hide-and-seek with my little brother, laughing till my sides hurt, eating round the edges of Jaffa cakes and leaving the jam till last, day dreaming, sitting in Starbucks and just staring out the window, butterflies in my tummy, over exaggerating, running with my friends and watching as they stop panting and say "exhausted already" while I'm secretly trying to catch my breath, being melodramatic, the way my hair feels after the hairdressers, staying up late waiting for the sunset. .but falling asleep on the window ledge, picking my nail polish off, hiccuping after a laughing fit, getting letters, friendship bracelets, bubbles, dancing in the rain
