Author has written 14 stories for How I Met Your Mother, Fringe, Big Bang Theory, and House, M.D.. So this is where I'm supposed to write a little bit about myself, I suppose. I think I'll skip that part in lieu of summarizing a few of the series I follow and the ships I support. Big Bang Theory: Leonard/Penny Original characters I don't mind, as long as they're well crafted. I have a few ideas for fics I want to write at some point: - A "Fringe" / "Eureka" crossover, probably a one-shot, possibly a brief multi-chap. Predicated on the similarities between company names. I'm thinking Eureka's "Global Dynamics" will be a holding company of which "Massive Dynamic" is a more well-known subsidiary, with GD remaining in the shadows (skunk works, as it were). - A "How I Met Your Mother" multi-chapter fic loosely modeled after the series, but as seen from the perspective of Barney and Robin, telling their kids how they met. Tentatively titled "A True Story of Legendary Awesomeness: How Barney Stinson met his First Lady of Cool." - A "Fringe" multi-chap of epic proportions, called "Sometimes" for the time being. It will paint a picture of how exactly Walter Bishop, Peter Bishop, Nina Sharp, William Bell and Phillip Broyles are connected, among other things. Based on a theory I'm slowly evolving to fill plot holes in the series. Summary: "Sometimes when Walter counts out the Fibonacci sequence before falling asleep, his thoughts turn to Peter's mother - Takes the team all across the country in a bid to find out what really happened all those years ago in the lab, and what is still happening because of it." This may or may not feature cameos from other series, I'm not yet certain. With them traveling all over the place, there are plenty of opportunities to work in subplots featuring characters from different series. I'll keep my LiveJournal (see homepage link) updated with various bits and pieces regarding works in progress, such as the theory behind "Sometimes" as mentioned above. It might be a few fics will be published from time to time that aren't on this list, inspiration being a fickle thing. | |||||||
