New Story Title and Plot Changed! Just slightly, the plot changed a bit but the title, is like, soooo last season! The new title is now called, "The Dark Past" I know, again! I'm just picky on the title this season, huh?

Tips and Tricks for the Eager Writers!

1. Listen to music while you write, it inspires you deeply, depending on what the lyrics are.

2. If you EVER get writer's block, think about the times you went somewhere that's so exciting, or something that you always wanted to do. Example: I always wanted to go sky diving. Let's say you're writing it for Harry Potter, make Harry go sky diving! More excitement? Well, there's this one time I went to an island in Vietnam...Harry got blown off course and landed on an island filled with weird animal wizards and witches!

3. Be descriptive. I forget to do that sometimes or I just can't get the words to describe the noun. People get stuck with adjectives. Let's say...

As Annie Taylor strolled through the green and cheery park, she spotted a tiny blue jay lying on the ground, looking quite gloomy. Its wings were bent in an odd angle and Annie feared it was broken. She rushed to the helpless bird and scooped it up in her quivering pale hands, wondering what she should do. She then figured that she should bring it home and care for it as best as she could manage. So she walked fast through the crowded streets of New York City, careful to avoid the grumpy people as it was the rush hour. "There, there little fellow, you'll be okay...just you wait!" Annie cooed to the little bird who relaxed a bit. The bird knew that Annie would help her.

Did that help a bit? Good! If not, well, you'll improve, I know I did.

4. Write EVERYDAY! On the computer, by hand, typewriter, ANYTHING! The more you write, the better you improve your writing skills! I started writng stories when I was six! No really, it's true! Although it was horrible...as in, the writing but the ideas were awesome! It was just I couldn't really manage to grip the main idea hard enough...my bad...

5. Be comfortable with figurative language. The better your language arts(I'm not going to say English because many other people who don't live in the USA or UK or something like that study something else similar to it) skills are, the better writer you become. Better grammar (sometimes it doesn't count on how the person speaks) and spelling counts. Yes, I know I mix things up a bit, my grammar isn't entirely fixed, I have good spelling, it's just that I rush a bit. And yes, I can't spell anything so I use Microsoft Word sure it annoys me a bit but at least its helpful in many ways, if you want to use another word, go to synonyms, look up a word, dictionary! Simple, eureka! (See, I just looked that word up! Lol)

6. Be creative! Sometimes, if many people wants some person to survive and you don't, don't let them survive! It's your voice speaking, not theirs. Pay attention to what YOU want. Don't overdo it though, or you'll get less readers but sometimes there's got to be something tragic to make the story interesting.

7. READ! If you read, you will understand the author's writing and how he or she writes, their writing style. Mostly, it's our writing style that makes people read them, mostly, okay, not ALL the time, just MOSTLY.

8. For the plot, I usually make it up as I go. But it's best if you plan ahead sometimes. I do that and then at the middle, I twist the plot around for a new creation. I call it 'renewed plot'. I don't know what everyone else calls it, I just call it a renewed plot. Like, I didn't plan Jessie to die, but then I have a feeling that she would have to...or would she? I'm feeling VERY sneaky now...

9. Find a place that suits your needs. If you like to work in a noisy place, work at a noisy place like...like...the coffee shop! That's what J.K Rowling did! If you like someplace quiet, lock yourself in a room. If you want quiet but some other sound, lock yourself in a room with an iPod or some music playing.

10. The last tip I have today...follow your heart and writing instincts! If you want to write a story then doggone you will write a story! Just don't copy other people's work, that's called plagiarism.
