Author has written 9 stories for Resident Evil, BioShock, Oblivion, and Dead Space. I love to write, but I suppose that there's no need to state that. Anyway, it's not often that I play in fictional worlds created by others, but I hope you enjoy the results. There are only a few ideas that I want to pursue with fanfiction, but when I start a story, I do my best to finish it as soon as possible. I do this because I don't want to drag out the creative process, and I don't like leaving readers waiting. By the way, thank you to everyone who gives my stories attention. I'm flattered that you deem them worthy. For those who are wondering, I'm in my early twenties and writing is a hobby. I've no classes or training, but I read obsessively and put hours into my original pieces. I honestly don't expend nearly the same effort for fanfiction, but I still aim for quality. Website: http://amomentofblissisenough.blogspot.com/ For those of you interested in commenting on my original stories/ideas, or reading my work, please visit the above website or: http://onemomentsstory.blogspot.com/ The Claire/Wesker Saga: 242,094 words, and about 400 pages. No, I can't believe it either. 1) Resistance: basic plot. I hadn't written anything in a long time when I decided to play with fiction again by writing on this site, but the complexity evolves as the story progresses. The story takes place post Rockfort Island. 2) Infection 3) Adaptation 4) Reverberations: occurs directly before Degeneration 5) Heated Tenacity: the finale, and the best written of the stories. Still, I am unsatisfied with the quality of the story since I consider my tales in other genres to be much better, but I will never remove the series since so many people love it. I hope that people continue to enjoy this long after I'm finished. For everyone's enjoyment, Ming-chan made the picture that I'm using as my avatar for my Claire/Wesker story. If you've read them, you'll understand. Here's a link for her other work: http://ming-bola.deviantart.com/art/Sunglasses-in-the-Shower-116976738 Also, go to photobucket and search for marifm; she's done some fanart for the series too. Nothing to Lose: a woman inadvertently becomes involved in Rapture's power politics. In the process, she is forced to decide what matter to her most, and the answer might very well be her downfall. My love of tragedy gets expressed here, and this story is my favorite of what I've written so far. It's set pre-game, but its ramifications stretch to the end of Bioshock. Lex and the Thief: the story of how a thief's interest in Captain Lex goes a little too far, and how faction politics complicate life. It's romantic, funny, and generally more lighthearted than my other works. I wanted to write something a bit less daunting and complex, but still enjoyable. Slipping into Shadow: Portia Augustine steals from the prince of destruction, and he's determined to make her suffer for it. The story's set during the game, but completely separate from it, and it's by far my most complex and well-written piece. My Claire/Wesker series is a baby compared to this. lol Reaching for the Lost: Mercer and a survivor are left on the Ishimura, and the two have personal history. As madness descends on both of them, a woman is left to ask herself what is worth fighting for, and whether or not humanity can still be found among the doomed. Topics I'd like to write about: 1) Ray Bradbury's 'Something Wicked this Way Comes' 2) Tamil and Ralyn, Oblivion | |||||||
