Author has written 8 stories for X-Men: Evolution, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Bleach. Hey, there! Have not updated this profile in… too long. I'm looking down at my stories list and I still have one from junior high school. I'm now in college. It's funny how high I thought my ID number to be, until I'm seeing people with theirs in the millions (cough BushNinja cough cough). Scary. I'm a double East Asian Studies and International Relations major, which means I'm going to have lots of classes and no job for about ten years. I'm prepared, I think, but in the meantime I write to keep my sanity. As you can see from my most recent work, Flowing like Water, Frozen Like Ice, I love language. My native language is English, but I also speak Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Hebrew, and a smattering of French, German and Sweedish. I like anime and cartoons in general, ESPECIALLY Miyazaki films and Triplettes de Bellville. I love the manga version of xxxHolic, but I feel the anime didn't do it justice. I also like laughing at Trinity Blood. "Tinkerbell Formation"? Aw, c'mon, you can do better than that! By far my favorite anime are Tsubasa, Fullmetal Alchemist, Samurai Champloo, Kino's Journey, and FLCL, in some order. Anime that are good, but not good enough for the first list: Bleach (where sometimes the fanfiction drabbles are better than the cannon), DNAngel (because I'm a girl and I do enjoy some shojo, though the manga kicks the anime's a$$), Fruits Basket (could have been longer), //.hack, the Saiyuki manga (I heart Cho Hakkai), Chrono Crusade, Card Captor Sakura, Hare+Guu, and Inuyasha before it got repetative. Stuff I like: dark chocolate, travel, good spelling and grammar (even in fic responses), small fluffy animals Stuff I don't like: OOC-ness, mints, beef, PCs, heavy metal music, most shojó manga (Clamp is an exception, so is Paradise Kiss, Fruits Basket, D-N Angel, and Nana), yaoi and yuri | |||||||||||
