I am Sidescarlet ~

There is not much that you need know about me.

Only that I am male, I am passionate about what I write about,

and I am a loyal fan of many books, shows, and movies

which many people condemn for being sub par.

I should also mention that I am one who likes to give lengthy, and in depth, backround on each chapter I write. To be frank, my writing, my stories, are far from original. Originality, these days, is hard to come by. I am not too small to admit that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE to take ideas from other stories, shows, movies, etc... and incorporate them into my work. For my part, I hope it gives each story I've written a slightly more familiar side to my audience. While I may pilfer these ideas, I do always change them. (So don't worry, I'm not treading clumsily into a minefield of copyright infringement. I hope you enjoy reading my work as much as I enjoy writing it. Peace.

Current Projects:
Serenity: The New Order (WRITER'S BLOC/DELAYED)- Currently in it's second arc (based on themes found in Cohen brother films). A continuation of the story of Serenity, from where the movie left off. I've tried to make the feel of the story more western by using ideas from famous westerns, as well as a pronounced dialect found in each character. (I love the use of the western drawl.) Tragically, I've hit a stump, and can't seem to get any fresh ideas as to completing the current story arc. I plan update as soon as I've smoothed out some kinks in the next chapter.

Supernatural: TBA (In production)- While suffering from horrid writer's bloc, I watched much of the Supernatural series. The show's depth of knowledge pertaining to western mythology is extensive, but horribly lacking in eastern mythology. This story is a completely original concept by me. Look for it coming out towards the end of February 2010.
