1.) I really, really REALLY hate mary-sues. ((groans)) No, really.
2.) I hate people that say things like: 'This never happened in the anime/manga/movie/book/game" It's fanfiction, people, deal with it.
3.) I don't like it when people flame for no reason (duh)
4.) OC's are necessary for a story (sometimes) but the story gets real old if it's centered around them. (see the first petpeeve) After all, if we wanna see your characters, we'll check them out on Fictionpress.
5.) BAD GRAMMAR!! I mean, I personally don't have the best grammar in the world, but I'm OK at it. Some grammar mistakes I can just pass on by...but there are some that just glare out at you...
