I love reading, but have way too many favourite books and for some reason prefer fanfiction for TV.

The Time Series
What started as one story has developed into a sort of series. So in chronological order of when they occur, NOT when they were written, as some of them have not yet been.
Time Nor Tide - Focuses on Ziva from when she leaves NCIS until the beginning of Time Flies.
Time Flies - Focuses on everyone 17 years into the future. Plot, other than me messing about with the characters all grown up, is another one of these 'what would happen if Eli David discovered Ziva killed Ari' things that completely ignores Aliyah. Yeah, well I started writing it before that, so they can all go to hell.
Time Out - In planning but not yet written. Five years on from Time Flies.
Against The Clock - Series of oneshots set after Time Nor Tide and before Time Out.
From Time To Time - Series of oneshots set after Time Out.

I'm re-reading "Blood Red Snow White" by Marcus Sedgewick, and this passage, well, read it.

"The typewriter was a marvel of miniturisation, made from steel and rubber and ivory. A simple enough thing, though to him, a miracle in itself, for in that box was the potential to write everything that could ever be written. Every word, every sentence, every thought that could ever be, was waiting to be made from the machine in the box. Every single idea ever was in there. And that in itself was a wonderful idea."

A note on Jeanne-haters: OK, so you're Tiva fans. Are there Jeanne-haters who aren't Tiva fans? But the point is, you think Tony should be with Ziva. So it's a little irritating when he goes off and falls in love with his undercover assignment. You don't like him being with her. But why don't you like her? What's wrong with her? Here is some stuff I've heard - a) She's stuck up. Except, uhh, no, she really isn't. That's just your delusional need to hate her at work. b) She wants Tony to commit too soon when she asks him to tell her he loves her. But they had been dating for many months at this point, a lot of which we didn't see, so I can get where you'd misunderstand. Also, she's said it several times, and he was in sweet perfect boyfriend mode, can you blame her? Well, evidently you can, but I don't see why. c) She tries to frame Tony for murder. OK, this is the bit I really don't get. Were you all asleep when you were watching 'Internal Affairs'?! She didn't lie, she was just confused, blamed him and thought he did it. I don't ship Tiva. I pretty much HATE the thought of Tiva on the show. But Ziva's one of my favourite characters. When I read fics where Jeanne is jealous and malicious, I'm like - where did you get that from? When I read fics where people basically beat her up as much as possible, I think - how sick and twisted and sad this writer must be. In fact, it annoys me so much that I've just had a completely useless rant about it. Oh well, what's the point in a profile if you don't use it?

JaneDoe6247 - All her stuff got wiped out but once she gets it back up, I assure you it's fantastic. NCIS.
