| Irish Story Teller |
Author has written 5 stories for Titanic. Hello, I be Irish Story Teller. How'd you come by the name of Irish Story Teller? I'm half Irish and I'm a writer/story teller. What do you write? Whatever comes to mind. I've written historical stories, science fiction, fantasy, and several non-fan fiction stories. I'm currently working on a novel that I hope to finish by the end of the year. What do you do with your stories when you're finished? I save them and print them out. I keep a hard copy of my stories in a binder I have in my dresser. Can I see inside your dresser? I'd rather you didn't. Ow! You hurt my hand! Then don't stick your hands into my dresser drawers. It's an old dresser and occasionally has a mind of it's own. Why do you write Titanic fan fiction? When I was eight the story of the Titanic sailed into my heart. A classmate of mine brought in a watercolor painting of the Titanic when it was sinking. I told my classmate that it was a lovely painting but asked why the ship was sinking. He told me that the Titanic had struck and iceberg and was going to sink because of that. I went home and learned quite a bit about the ship and have studied it ever since. I've read many of the books and have seen some of the movies. What other fan fics do you write? Quantum Leap, Charmed, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, all sorts of odds and ends. What are your favorite books? I've got faaar too many to mention. Gone With the Wind, How Much For Just the Planet?, The Oddesy of C.H. Lightoller, The Stainless Steel Rat, Starship Troopers, Lord of the Rings, and many more. More or less the same question. Favorite movies? Gone With the Wind, Titanic, Lord of the Rings, the Star Wars movies, most of the Star Trek movies, My Fair Lady, The Chronicals of Narnia, Hidalgo, Pirates of the Caribbean, and many more. Do you do anything besides write? Yep. I play video games, go for walks around and about, sew, draw and other things. I'm a jack of all trades but a master of none. What do you do with your sewing? I mostly make costumes so I wear them around Halloween and whenever I feel like it or have to. That's usually laundry day. Anything else you'd like to add? I'd like to thank Madders Ahatter and my friend Stacey for helping me with my stories and giving me encouragement to write. Until next time remember...The radio-active sheep know where you live! | |||||||||||
