I love all things MSCL, especially Jordan. Just wanted to get that out of the way up front. I am a huge Jared Leto fan and I've seen most of his movies. I'm not really into alternative music, but I like some of 30STM's stuff (The Kill, From Yesterday, Stronger (cover), Was it a Dream. I particularly love to hear the accoustic version of their songs. Jared has a great voice.

Anyway, I'm in my early 40's, married, with 2 truly beautiful and amazing kids and the most supportive and loving husband in the world. I'm a doctoral candidate on the east coast and I've actually found writing fan fics therapeutic for when I hit a wall in school. I love reading, cooking, baking, and gardening and I've recently developed an interest in photography. I'm a lazy environmentalist, which means I really want to go green, but I have a low threshold for complicated things. I've recently started using only natural, homemade cleaning products (laundry and dishwashing detergent, spray cleaner, scouring powder). I'm big on whole foods, organics, etc. The stuff most of us eat is not food, but that's for another site, right?

I can't believe that it's been more than 15 years since the first airing and we're still reading, writing, and talking about this show. I'm totally hooked on this site and find myself coming here several times per week, so people, really, you need to write more! Recently bought the series for my daughter who is just a munchkin now, but who I'm sure will find relevance in the show 10 years from now when she becomes an adolescent. Who knows, maybe flannel will make a comeback.

I have two fics at this site, a one-shot and a longer, ongoing fic. I invite you to read them both and please, leave me a review to let me know what you think. Reviews are so important, not just to me, but to a lot of the authors here. It's encouraging to know that people enjoy what you're writing and constructive criticism (at least for me) is helpful.
