I am a huge fan of Charlaine Harris and Eric is the best character I have ever found in a book. He gets under your skin and into your soul. After reading book after book you just fall deeply in love with him and start to worship him. I am his forever (I wish)!

As for True Blood... of course I watch it, but I'm not too happy about a lot of the changes, particularly the ones that concern Eric. Do I need to say I love Alexander as Eric? Okay... yes, of course I do, he is just perfect as Eric. But I would love to see him with real long blond hair like book Eric.

About the books - I still don't like book 9 and I guess I never will. Book 10 was good and book 11 was much better, but something is not right about Eric and Sookie in there. I just don't get "that special feeling" anymore, you know. In book 10, Eric keeps promising Sookie that they will be together soon and then he goes or flies away and they stay away from each other for days. And in book 11, Eric being "engaged" to a Queen Vampire and some of his actions towards Sookie, just totally suck! Anyway, I'm not too happy about all that. Honestly, these days, I get more of that "oh-so-special-feeling" when I read some of the stories here in FFnet and I do try to put it in the little stories that I write.

AND of course, we can always read the stories of some very special people and very, very talented writers here in Fanfiction. Some of my favorites are: Zigster, LindsayK, Leia1912, Vixenfae, Yogagal, DCWriter16, Meg2, Suki59, evenflo, Terri Botta, etc... there are so many good ones that I can't name all of them. If you are reading this then you should go check their stories because they are definitely worth every minute of your time. I have some of them in my Favorite Stories so go and take a look.

AND YOU can always write your own stories about our Eric and Sookie. I'm sure they will be FANTASTIC, so stop being shy and go for it.

1. CIRCUS

My very first story here in Fanfiction. It's an OOC story. Eric is still a vampire and Sookie a human. So, the story is about a joint adventure -- Sookie and Amelia go on a trip with no specific destination and end up in Europe to go see a very special Circus. Actually, they go so Sookie can see the owner, a Swedish Viking Vampire who is also the ringmaster and a trapeze artist. Sookie will also have her own inner trip. Things will evolve from here.

4. Trick or a Treat ... Eric is What I Want to Eat!

My first try at a Contest (Eric and His Great Pumpkin). It is a One-shot about Sookie's on coming wedding with Bill and how Eric puts a stop to it by using... very, Very, VERY convincing methods. Eric is a hot Mechanic, Sookie is a High Society Lady. A/H, A/U, OOC. WARNING: Not for the weak of heart. X-rated!

I turned it into a 3 chapter story, after the Contest was over, because I had to cut a lot of words to be able to post it for the Contest. I HATE word count limits!

The scenario and story itself was almost entirely "borrowed" from a book I read from Alyssa Brooks and Larissa Lyons "Orchids and Orgasms. But I did change it a lot to make it more interesting and captivating. So, the longer, hotter extended version is called "DREAM MECHANIC".
