10/13/09:

Due to RL commitments (i.e. the fact that I'm a single mom who works full time) I will not be keeping to my regular posting schedule for Answering Bell until I have completed the remaining chapters. To pre-empt what I assume will be some of you questions:

1) NO, I AM NOT ABANDONING THIS FIC

3) No, I don't really know how many more chapters there are, but I'd estimate between 5 and 7

4) No, I don't have an ETA but I hope before December 1st

5) Yes, I know I am a horrible failgasm of a person
