Author has written 74 stories for StarTrek: Voyager, StarTrek: Deep Space Nine, Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Farscape, Doctor Who, and NCIS. Hail and well met, friend! My name is Kate. I am a recent (December 2009) college graduate. I am very fond of humor, especially sarcastic humor. I really don't know what else to say. While in college, I did almost zero writing, so now I'm trying to get back into things. My recommendations from my own work? Stargate: SG-1 -- "Sir" is probably my favorite. I thought I got O'Neill's "voice" rather well. Although the "Star Gate" stories (especially "Revenge of the Jaffa") are popular (and very funny). Stargate: Atlantis -- Definitely "Patience". "Paintball" is rather funny but "Patience" is much more true to the characters, in my opinion. NCIS -- "Home" is a pretty easy choice, as it's the only story I've published to date. Doctor Who -- My two most frequently read are "Competition" and "Domestic" although I'm more fond of "Domestic" Star Trek (any) -- Er...do yourself a favor, and don't expect much. This was the first stuff I did and it's not that great, in my opinion - many more grammatical errors, although they were often quite humorous. | |||||||
