Author has written 11 stories for Gundam UC, Robotech/Macross, Mechwarrior/Battletech, and X-overs. In the reality world, I am a Structural Analyst at an aerospace company. I was born and raised as an engineer, so mechanics is my true passion in life. This reflects in my stories which are mostly about science fiction and giant robots (Gundam, Zoids, Macross, and especially BattleTech). Unfortunately, lately my job has taken control of my time. I cannot write as much as I used to when I was in college. It does hurt me a lot, but that doesn't mean I will give up. I still read, and I still write, just not at the pace of a college student. Now I read more than I write. In fantasy world, I created several OCs, but the closest to human manifestation is Parker Kerensky, the one I created for I, Kerensky saga, in the world of BattleTech. He was a Wolf Clan mechwarrior before he crashed in the Inner Sphere, oblivious about who he really was. Through the years he struggled to recollect his memory about himself, who he really was. He ventured through different worlds, from Arc Royal to Solaris VII to Victoria, trying to find who he really was while making bad judgments, one after another. The idea of writing Parker had been around for a while, and at one point I started writing him as a Zeon pilot (in Mobile Suit Gundam). But I decided to switch back to BattleTech/MechWarrior genre, because this is the genre that I love so much. Besides writing, my other hobby is sketching. I made illustrations for my fanfics, mostly scenes from the story I wrote. As you can guess, most of my illustrations are battlemechs. Sometimes I doodle other genre like Naruto or Major League, if the mood is right. Old-school paper-pencil is my strong point, but lately I started getting into CGI, and it's been fun. If you'd like to see them, just click on my homepage. It'll take you to my deviantArt account. I hope you enjoy my gallery. For you guys who just tune in to my little universe, the chronological timeline for Parker is as follows: To The Bitter End: Prequel to Kerensky Trilogy. The story of Parker when he was still a Wolf Clan warrior by his original name Darien Kerensky. The main character of this story is Phaia, and Darien appeared as a supporting character, Phaia's commander when they fought the dreaded Jade Falcon Clan in Refusal War, 3057. This story can be found in Knights In FerroFibrous Armor, Ch. 7, 8, 9, MechWarrior/BattleTech section. Lost Country: an offbeat spinoff that takes place between To The Bitter End and I, Kerensky. After Refusal War, Darien and his team were ordered to jump to Arc Royal, but instead they were stranded in a strange world full of colorful characters and animal-like battlemechs, or Zoids. The story centers around Phaia again with Darien joins Bit, Leena, Brad, Naomi, Jamie, Harry, and the Backdraft gang as supporting characters, X-over section. I, Kerensky: The first part of Kerensky Trilogy. Darien woke up in a strange world, remembering nothing. He was given a new identity, Parker, the name that he happily assumed until his true nature surfaced one by one, giving him a major doubt about himself. With the help of a mercenary Evee Ridinghood he ultimately learned that he was a Wolf mechwarrior. He fell for Evee, but the universe didn't let their illicit romance to blossom. Find it in the MechWarrior/BattleTech section. Escape from Carver V: spinoff of I, Kerensky. It tells the story of Evee, Parker's love interest, as she desperately tried to raise an army to save her lover from the Jade Falcons. She joined Hanson Roughriders and was sent to Carver V to extract civilians. But treachery made the seemingly simple mission into a live-and-death situation. The 160th Davion Guards (by SulliMike23) guest star, MechWarrior/BattleTech section. I, Ke2ensky: the second part of Kerensky Trilogy. Parker took on the world of Solaris, thinking that the money he obtained as an arena fighter would be enough to fund a surgery that would fix his brain damage. But the game world corroded him bit by bit, until all was left of him was shame. Parker was trained to survive wars, but could he survive politics, greed, and lust for fame? 160th Davion Guards (by SulliMike23) guest star, MechWarrior/BattleTech section. Personally, I think this is my magnum opus, although it's not as popular as the third part (see below). We Are Cavaliers: a spinoff of I, Ke2ensky. Being dumped by Parker, Evee had nowhere to go but home, New St. Andrews. She led her unit the Ridinghood Cavaliers through thick and thin, greed, deception, political schemes, until in the end only the strong (and the loyal) survived. Multiple guest stars. MechWarrior/BattleTech section. I, Ker3nsky: the third and final part of Kerensky Trilogy. The Word of Blake overwhelmed Victoria. Parker and Evee rushed to aid the Shooting Stars battalion that was surrounded by Blakist's elite, the Manei Domini. But the road to victory had never been rougher, and the Ridinghood Cavaliers had to pull out every tricks to beat the Blakists. 160th Davion Guards (by SulliMike23), 13 Wolf Regulars (Nebelung stars by Kat Wylder), and Winsome Rose (by Rica and Bien Canonizado) guest star, MechWarrior/BattleTech section. At 7000+ hits and 146 reviews, this is the most popular story I've ever written, although quality-wise I still think IK2 beats IK3. Aside from Kerensky saga, I also have other stories in various universe: Rubber Match: The story of Jeremy Stewart, the supporting character on I,Kerensky saga. He started off as a prince of a ruling family in New St. Andrews, before Parker 'stole' Evee from him. Depressed, he left his home to become a Solaris Grand Champion. Little did he know that he would face more than Solaris fights. It was 3067, and not only Jeremy had to fight mech jocks in the arenas, but also his own team mate, underground mafia, and - what else? - Word of Blake. New: I am not very satisfied with how this story progress, so I'm taking it down for a rework. I don't have much time writing during Fall season, but coming Christmas I should be posting the revised version, at least the first few chapters. Knights In FerroFibrous Armor: a compilation of short stories in MechWarrior/BattleTech section, ranging from Fourth Succession War, Clan Invasion, Invasion of Sarna March, up to Blake's Jihad. This is mainly my short stories from college, but other authors (Kat Wylder, SulliMike23, and Zmuh11) had kindly contributed to the pile, and I'm eager to see more contributions. Eagle Screams and Sword Clashes, a collaborative effort with Kat Wylder in MechWarrior/BattleTech. It tells a story of two mercenary units, the Screaming Eagles and the Scimitars, as they went against each other in the world of Irian, Free World League. We have a lot of fun making this. I, Feddie: a dark insight of defected Federation soldiers as they fight a losing battle in Gundam Sentinel atmosphere. There's No Mistletoe In Macross: a one-shot ficlet in Macross universe, a story of Hikaru and Misa as they spent a cold Christmas together. Macross 2012: Insurrection: another try at Macross. This time, the heroes of Space War I were caught in the wake of conspiracy within UN Spacy. They had to use every resources they had to unveil the mystery that could destroy everything they had worked so hard to build. Robotech/Macross section. | |||||||||
