Sorry to break so many hearts, but as you can see, Todd the Wraith is utterly smitten with me. Eric and I plan to have living arrangements suitable for a Wraith set up very soon, (though Eric does not know about that yet). LOL!! Southernlady23 made this for me...isn't it cute!! Thanks Julie!! You are just awesome, Photoshop Woman!

I have deleted all my stories except for the one shot story, my very first one I wrote, Todd the Wraith Burning Bright. The rest are going to find themselves as original stories.

I no longer beta read, sorry.

I am currently obsessed with Todd the Wraith from Stargate Atlantis series. Big brilliant brain, devious, resourceful, powerful, and a great big gorgeous life sucking alien! What's better than that? My husband thinks I'm funny, thank goodness. Eric's a little bit like Todd himself: big man, big brain and resourceful, but hubby's not nearly as green.

I have an MAT degree (Special Ed). I am very happily married. I have one adult son and a 13 year old daughter who loves the Twilight books. Once upon a time I wrote a lot, not successfully, I just enjoyed doing it. I took creative writing classes several years ago, and I am just now starting to write stories again.

I train my own German Shepherd dogs in Schutzhund...which is a three part sport consisting of tracking, obedience, and protection (bitework). So far, I have only managed the BH, and then I broke my ankle last year, before I could trial my two main training buddies to the Schutzhund 1. Maybe this year we'll get our titles? In the past I trained, raised, and professionally shod horses (farrier). I was also a police officer for two years in Little Rock, Arkansas. That job seems like another lifetime ago. Experience junkie? Not me!

Books: I read a lot of things, but lately my focus has been on paranormal romance or science fiction. Favorite authors currently are Christine Feehan, Laurell Hamilton, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Gena Showalter, Jeaniene Frost, Kim Harrison, etc. I love Laurell Hamilton's work for the same reasons so many of the pretentious types like to make fun of it: the Mary Sue Syndrome. If she can write a Mary Sue-like original fiction and get paid to do it...good for her! LH can write it, I'll buy it, she'll be richer and we'll both be happy.

Movies: I prefer almost anything but chick flicks and movies that win unanimous approval by critics. Interestingly, my big tough Alaskan husband loves chick flicks. I just can't send him to the store to buy DVDs-- he'll come back with Sleepless in Seattle or something-- which I have never been successful in watching all the way through.
