I'm an Oblivion player and like to read Lovecraft!

I wanted to create Lovecraftian atmospheres and scenarios but in the universe of The Elder Scrolls 4:Oblivion, which is rich in lore and conflicting ideas about magic and creation and stuff. Just the right place to impose a cosmic and mysterious pantheon on!

If you are not familiar with the author you'll still be able to follow. However, I strongly recommend you learn about the game universe, perhaps through UESP Wiki, or the 'Unofficial Elder Scrolls Page' as maybe 90 percent of the characters, places and basic lore comes from it and where the stories will be taking place.

You should also read 'I can't shut him out' to learn about the Sephira, which some further stories will revolve around and my little additions to Oblivion lore.

I won't be using Lovecraft's characters but I will be using many of Bethesda Softwork's, so credit goes to them.

P.S., if you haven't played Oblivion, DO SO AT ONCE! ( On PS3, Xbox and PC!!)

Been thinking of putting 'science-fictioney' into Oblivion. Curious to see the result...Expect one soon...

I haven't updated in a couple o' weeks beside the odd chapter to The Joke's on Mundus (which I have fully planned out, only haven't actually written anything...) owing to school stuff..

Been working on other shorts and one-offs at the same time. I'll try to do some this weekend and over the next week since homework seems to be easing up ever so slightly now...

Owing to the fact that I have miraculously had absolutely no homework for three days in a row I have actually sat down to write a short chapter on a kindly old Necromancer.(i'm being sarcastic about the 'kindly' bit)

See him struggle to fulfill his obligations to his work (blasphemy against Arkay) and his self-imposed task of writing a decent handbook for young Necromancers-in-training!!

Thanks for everyone who read my stories! Special thanks must go to everyone who left a review! I know I haven't updated in absolutely ages but I also know that when my exams are over (started last week, 3 weeks to go...) I'll have time to write loads. Looking forward to it really. I disagree with Aleximus on this. Writing is not tiresome.

Well its summer holidays for me. I thought I would get down to more writing but it's suddenly hard to focus, sit down and do it. Maybe becuase I'm too busy playing Pokemon Emerald on my old Gameboy lol. I'm so bored that I'm reduced to that...

I've only managed a short new chapter on Ex Cinis Cineris, and I have a few chapters for the other stories in my head, so perhaps I'll write them out this week and post them.

Many thanks to the people who reviwed Ex Cinis Cineris so quickly after I put it up. I must warn you all though, it will get a bit heavy on the politics and philosophy ( I always intended it to become an exploration of war, fascism and imperialism) , and Necromancy 101 will be having a darker tone beneath the humour in a few chapters time, about discrimination and what turns people into Necromancers.

Well I've put a short new chapter for Necromancy 101 up. Not very productive, eh? I've been very busy...watching every episode of South Park I can find on the Internet. My current favourite episode is the one where Cartman kills Scott Tenorman's parents and makes chilli out of them to feed him with, then drinks his tears...

I think Necromancy 101 is moving sooo slowly. Phillip and Aleximus haven't even met yet jeez its only been 10 chapters...Alas, I can't really speed it up.

Anyway in this exciting installment Aleximus discovers an interesting new place to have tea in, and a secret of Phillip's is open for all those who know Oblivion well...

Back from the dead, with an update for Ex Cinis Cineris which was fun to write beacuse I got to make up morbid backstories for some characters :)

What have I been doing recently you ask? Watching That 70s Show, playing Pokemon Sapphire and reading other people's stories. Terribly exciting... Oh yes and a motor bike trip with my dad and his friends which was alright I guess.

You know I paid my younger brother ten bucks to let me have the computer for the whole day lol. Why didn't I discover this sooner?!

9th October

Back from the dead lol. What can I say? I've been busy (and quite lazy) but as an apology I have written a short story-Whispers among Roses. Have a read its tiny but a story I've always wanted to write. As usual leave a review if any thoughts come to you. I would love to know them.

I can't wait to write more for Necromancy 101 and all the rest of them...while I dislike writing essays on novels and poems, I love reading them and must admit to enjoying penning the odd short piece of prose! :)

5th November

Sigh...several months and only Whispers Among Roses and the first chapter of a new Dynasty Warriors (breaking from Oblivion a bit) story; A Beautiful Mind. I promise to be more productive in the future lol. Have a lot more work to do now in Year 12, but it's worth it. I'm loving English, Biology and even Maths at the moment :)
