Author has written 23 stories for Inkheart, Harry Potter, Bollywood, Gemma Doyle Trilogy, Study series, Pirates of the Caribbean, Secret Garden, Rebecca, and Hunger Games.

About Moi: I'm a Canadian kid (well actually, I'm not a kid anymore - I'm of age in the Wizarding World) who's into reading (obviously), writing, running, music, sketching, ice skating, baseball/softball and baking.

My Current Obsessions Are: the Hobbit film, physics, and Star Trek TOS (Spock is everything I've ever wanted to be all wrapped in one lovely, logical package ;)

My Stories:

A Happy Ending: Well, I wrote this one because of my love of Farid, and annoyance that Doria randomly popped up out of nowhere. Also, I wanted to portray the original Farid, not the jerk he became in Inkdeath.

A New Sort of Magic: To be honest, I wrote this because I hated TSFT. The plot seemed quite patched together as random new forms of magic cropped up, Kartik died, and then Gemma just left everything behind and went to America. Re-reading it, I don't really think that this is one of my better stories, but I still like it better than TSFT =)

A Night To Remember or Why Hermione Didn't Drink: Have you ever wanted to read about a drunk Hermione? Or a befuddled Ron who's trying his best to handle her all by himself? If the answer is yes check this one out! Personally, I think it's one of my best ;]

Hey Diddle Diddle (and pt II): I know I probably shouldn't say this, but this is definately my favourite of my stories. I just love Lily and James as a couple, and the Marauders are always awesome. It' was really fun to write, this one, and the title came from the habit me and some of my friends had of using the word 'diddle' in place of swear words when we were younger.

Merry Christmas, Kartik: During this scene in the book, Kartik's motives always seemed unclear to me. So, I gave him some.

Not a Proper Love Story: I can't say much without giving it away, but this is a story about Lily, James, and the power that love can have. This power isn't always used for good...

Of Autumn Leave Quaffles and First Chances: I absolutely adore this one, because I characterized L and J in a less humorous and more serious way than I did in HDD, making the emotion deeper. The humour is there though!

Only A Name: Wrote this because I LOVED Rebecca, it was an amazingly written book, and because I wanted to give the de Winter's a happy ending where they realize that the word Rebecca is only a name.

Rain: My favourite Ron/Hermione story... I used a bit of a different, more descriptive style for this one, and it's the most dizzyingly romantic one-shot I've got. Please check it out, because I love it to death =)

Really Cliché:Well, this contains an affonted Draco, a confused Ginny, an insult competition, soap, and Draco getting clobbered by a door. In other words, the story's about as random as the title, and I love it =)

Remembering Magic: Written because the Secret Garden was the first book I fell in love with. The book just breathes life and innocence, and Misselthwaite Manor, with the surrounding moor and the secret garden, is probably the most enchanting setting a person can write fanfiction for.

The Death Ring: My first ever story. I wrote it because of a scene I'd read in Inkdeath where Farid seemed really OOC. He was a complete jerk, so I decided to fix him. Now that I've improved as a writer, I can find loads of problems with this story, but I'm to lazy to fix them ;)

The Prisoner of Azkaban: I wanted to try my hand at something more angsty, so I decided to write about Sirius's time in Azkaban. He always avoids mentioning his time there in the books, so I filled in some blanks

The Story of the Weasleys: My second story, and it was written because I think that Ron and Hermione are just the cutest couple ever. Also because they're the only couple whose relationship is really well covered in the HP books. While reading the seventh book everyone was waiting for them to get together (you know you were too =)

Those Dratted Magical Doors: Ah yes. This was written during my Drinny days, when I thought that they were the most perfect awsome couple in the world. Those days are over, but I still love them, because of Ginny's Weasley temper and Draco's cutting but funny sarcasm.

Three Ambassador Cars: I was obsessed with Ghajini (Aamir Khan's gotta be the best Bollywood actor ever!) because the plot of the film really intruiged me. But now I consider it to be one of my more mediocre works.

To Comandeer a Boat: My tribute to Jack Sparrow, whom I also used to be completely obsessed with. I adore this one, because Jack was just loads of fun to write.

Valek's Weakness: Much as I love Valek, he's always struck me as a male Mary Sue. I mean, he's impervious to magic and a master in all forms of combat! So, I decided that it was my humble duty to give him his very own fatal flaw.

Will you go out with me?: When I was reading Persuasion again, I realized that the best part of the entire book was when Mr. Knightly admitted that he loved Ann via the letter. And that got me thinking... wasn't the best part of any romance fanfiction: the part where one character admitted their love for the other? So why not make a drabble series containing nothing but proposals? And voila! This fic was born.

Notes:

January 22: I've been enjoying a long hiatus ever since I finished the Diddle 2 project, and I think I'm finally ready to get back to it again... and although I'm not quite sure exactly where I want my writing to go this year, I'm positive that there's more coming.

As soon as exams are over, of course =]
