An Exclusive Interview with a Crazy Author, named Mimi Mika!

MimiMika: Mimi and Mika are supposed to be together.

Interviewer: Oh... well anyway, so, the first of all questions!

Q: What are your stories really about?

A. Well the one like Unexepcted Turns in Life is a mystery sort of story. I lay out clues everywhere (not telling where) and I just like leaving readers at the end hanging off a cliff. I mean, everyone does that so why can't I?

Q: What's your fave hobbies?

A: Drawing. And writing of course. Number one stuff on top of the list. No wait, it would be watching anime! Wait... all of them are tied. I do all of them a lot... hmmm...

Q: Favorite animes?

A: Bad question. I have too many to recall. I guess they would be:

1. Hunter X Hunter tied with Hikaru no Go tied with Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and Umineko no Naku Koro Ni

2. One Piece

3. Bleach and Naruto (they barely made it up to 3 because the fillers ruined everything)

4. Inuyasha (Why Fourth when I write so many fan fics about it? I'll explain it later--)

5. Gintama and Yakitake Japan! (My fave comedy animes!)

6. D.Grayman

7. Death Note and Hitman Reborn!

8. Ghost Hunt and Shaman King

9. Slayers (Would've been first if I even remember the story)

...etc. It takes me fifteen minutes just to remember all these characters! I'm such an otaku (or anime #1 fan freak)

Q: Any favorite anime pairings?

A: I'm not really into romance; well, I guess a little is fine if romance has a role for the story (in Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni, one of the Sonozaki twins killed for their crush/love). But love-love-love ones, (Fruits Basket would be originally be considered one but it's a slow process so I don't get irritated) the ones where making out is like in every chapter or this girl loves this guy and she wants him to notice; I'm not into that.

Q: Fave books?

A: Again, I have even more trouble becomes I am a devourer of books. I have to say, one of the books I loved reading was The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke, Archangel by Sharon Shinn, the Resident Evil series, the Wheel of Time books, and...

Q: Any books you don't have an interest in reading?

A: My answer to that is definetely Twilight. No, I'm not saying that I'm going to murder all Twlighters, but give me a break ya? I'm sick of vampire movies sprouting all over the place just because a story about Bella and Edward just came out. I have to say I don't particularly like vampires anyway, but if you talk about Twlight time to time and not every single second I'm fine. Another book I hate, (this one is a real hater) is Lord of the Flies. I'm sorry to the author, but the idea of savage boys killing each other on an island is just sick and the style of writing is boring. I actually fell asleep and not because the tape was reading so slow. Seriously, I can't believe a movie was made! (Then again, my stories are probably worse :'()

A Brief Original Character Profiles Of Unexpected Turns In Life

Updated Whenever A New Original Character Pops Up

Hashi Mika: Somewhat like the main character. Even though she means well and is usually harmless, her selfish actions and constant belief that someone somehow will save her hurt others very easily. Her name is not as common in the Japanese world, but it still has a meaning. Her name means "perfume", which my fan fiction is hinted with the help of Sesshoumaru's nose.

Yukuro: A snake youkai who seems to have met "Inu no Taisho" before. She is very caring, almost like a mother to Mika, and is easily teased by others because she is so serious. It is unknown if she even holds affection for Bankotsu.

Nao: A weird wild dog demon. A weakling and is usually just there. Currently unimportant.

Jiro: A recent character. He seems to want to cling onto Mika. He is also a bat demon/vampire thingy. His name means "second born son", which is true because he is younger than his older sister.

Omae: A miko who lives in a cursed village full of paranoid people. She seems to be holding a secret.

Hashi Kyoko: Another strange little girl who seems to have found herself in the Feudal Age Japan as well. Her surname is Hashi... but it is unknown if Mika, who she resembles to a identical extent, is her ancestor or even related to her. Time to time, she is a usually spunky girl but when things get serious, her entire personality seems to change. Her name Kyoko means many things, but for the way I would intend to write for her in Japanese characters, I would use the character for "mirror" thus, her name means, "mirror child."

Izuru: A monk at the Temple of Righteous Prayer. The one who pulled the strings to have Mika's fetus to be poisoned.

Jiro's Sister: Her name is never stated in the fanfiction, at least for now. Just as brainless as her brother but aware of her instincts to kill. Therefore, because she is the more experienced one, she tends to suppress those instincts better than Jiro. Her name is Aneko, which means "older sister".
