Here's the deal. With the exception of anything Giddy Brew-verse related, all stories that haven't been updated since 2008 are on hiatus. Before you panic, this doesn't include any of my South Park or Big Time Rush fic. If they're not marked complete, chances are I've got an update planned.

What else? Oh, yeah. Let's get the big question out of the way- some of you know me over on LJ and Twitter, and are probably wondering WHERE THE HELL DID YOUR PEN NAME COME FROM, AND WHY DO YOU STILL USE IT? It's a good question. Let's tackle the origin story first. Jondy Macmillan is not a first name-surname deal. They're both nicknames of mine. True story. I answer to both Jondy and Mac, and I know people who only call me one or the other. I, uh, won't tell you the rather silly reasons why. Originally, I developed a pen name because ffn was the only site I used- I've had this account since I was fifteen, and I've been creeping on it since I was about twelve- and I wanted to have a name people could call me that still allowed me rl anonymity. Obviously I'm over that, so why do I still tag all my stories with it? BECAUSE I'M TAGGING ALL MY STORIES. People have ripped me off all over the internet, or put me on weird porn sites or idek, just done all kinds of things with my fic. Most people, though? Are way too lazy to cut out any chunk of text, much less a tiny little pen name. Basically, this lets me do a google search to figure out where my fic is going. It gives me way more results than searching "The Brat Prince" ever would, because of course TBP is a handle from a book.

Last but not least- here's my policy on reviews. I try to ALWAYS review what I read, and I mega-appreciate it when other people do the same. If you leave me a review, or even if you just alert/fave me, I know about it, and I love you for it. Even if I don't always reply, trust me- I have read whatever you've said, even if it's just 'updateupdateupdate', and it brought a smile to my face.

EDIT 2/27/12- Uh. Apparently FFN has disabled links? I'm really hoping that's not a permanent thing, since they still show up on my saved profile. Um. If for any reason the links don't return in the next week or so I'll have to make a sticky post at my LJ.

EDIT 5/31/12- Okay, due to the recent crackdown on FFN (ie the deletion of Punk Bitch and suspension of my account) I'm deleting any stories with (extremely) explicit content. Not because I give a damn about explicit content, but because I have some really old fic affiliated with this account and I'd rather not see it deleted in the crossfire.
