Author has written 8 stories for Devil May Cry, and Fruits Basket. If you're looking for me, you can find me knee deep in the cutting room since I keep writing and nothing seems to be working out right. I promise I'm concentrating on HWGA, but it's going all over the place. Same goes for my other stories, so if you read my stuff and like it, let me know if you want me to keep going. At this point, I don't know what's good and what's not. I need all the encouragement I can get. As much as I try not to let the reboot of DMC get to me, it has and I think this may be a major problem area for me. To those of you who think it looks like a cool game, I say, "Yeah, I can see where you'd think that, but what game would that be? 'Cause it sure isn't DMC." Frankly, I thought it played out like a bad DMC AU fanfiction, but that's my opinion. I mean, for goodness sake, Vergil couldn't even pronounce Yamato correctly and, as my dear friend (and great writer) Clairavance told me, the Nephilim were always at least half human. Whoops. Major mistake there as this was the main core of their damn storyline. The most prevalent theory is they were created by male angels and human females. Although the details are confusing with some differences here and there, this is one detail that remained consistent. Idiots. Did NT even research DMC, or did they just skim through the games to get the gist? Guess which way I am leaning. In addition, if Capcom has decided to throw DMC out the window, I figure we should be able to play fast and loose with DMC canon too. As far as I'm considered, the DMC world I love has become a cult classic. I have no desire to see a unique cocky, quirky, killer Dante within a unique, paranormal, retro world made boringly ferocious, charmless, vulgar and "real". Who knows? I may write a story about RE which I know little to nothing about, or, God forbid, Star Wars, which I swore I'd never do. That would be a hoot and probable recipe for disaster. To close, all I can say is I'm still here in the white room and love hearing from you all. I simply can't make any promises on my stories since I'm floundering. Stay in touch.
