Author has written 3 stories for Twilight. So, I'm a 30 something mother of 4. I live in a very small town in Southern Maine. Sort of a don't blink or you'll miss it. I am an avid reader. I love paleo-anthropology, paleontology, late Roman Republic, English history, historical fiction, urban fantasy and, of course, vampires. I listen to mostly alternative music, though my favorite is Blue October and I've been listening to them for several years. Saw them live in Boston a couple years ago and again in Rhode Island on May 2. They are incredible. Got to meet them outside after both shows and they are truly some of the nicest guys I've ever met. I really miss the X-Files - does anyone else? I only read the Twilight series for the first time at the beginning of December and quickly became very obsessed with the story. Quickly saw the move 5 times, much to the dismay of my 17 year old who holds all things Twilight in contempt. I often pray to the gods of brain candy that Stephenie Meyer will go on to complete Rising Sun as what I've read is so far my favorite in the series. Other great story tellers: Diana Gabaldon, Jim Butcher, Patricia Briggs, Kelley Armstrong, Sallust, Allison Wier, Simon R. Green, Laurell K Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, Kat Richardson, Plutarch, J.K. Rowling, Kim Harrison, Sharon Shinn, Christien Mier, Sallust, the list goes on... Started reading fanfiction in January. It is a guilty pleasure. Still blushing a bit for reading and posting. 04/09 So, if you haven't read Cullenary Coupling by bookishqua or Wide Awake by Angstgodess001 - go do it now. Both are incredible and well worth the time. Another great one is The Vampire in the Basement by michellephants. I just had to add one more - Atlas Shrugged. Bella & Edward finally talking & listening to each other. Must add one more, pop over to Twilighted dot com and check out Broken Doll by RowanMoon. She rocks. I find myself crossing over to the darkside of Twilighted dot com more and more. | |||||||
