My current fascination/obsession is with Transformers fanfiction.

What I love about fandom is the freedom we have allowed ourselves to create and recreate our characters over and over again. Fanfic rarely sits still. It's like a living, evolving thing, taking on its own life, one story building on another, each writer's reality bouncing off another's and maybe even melding together to form a whole new creation... I find that fandom can be extremely creative because we have the ability to keep changing our characters and giving them a new life over and over. We can kill and resurrect them as often as we like. We can change their personalities and how they react to situations. We can take a character and make him charming and sweet or cold-blooded and cruel. We can give them an infinite, always-changing life rather than the single life of their original creation. ~Unknown

As you can see I have several works-in-progress. I will do my best to update at least one of these a week. My main focus at the moment is my MegaScream "A Spark in the Darkness" for some reason it rolls off the tips of my fingers.

I do take requests for fics...I can't promise anything but if you like my writing style and want to see me try something out I'm all for the challenge. I have a hard time coming up with ideas myself and if the bunny bites I'll definitely give it a shot.

A Spark in the Darkness:

Megatron/Starscream...I've decided I don't like how I've seen them portrayed could just be me. I mean sure the Decpeticons and by extension Megs and Screamer are violent but that doesn't mean that they can't have normal (ish) relationships...Especially if the other Cons don't know about them. Also they are fighting for what they believe just the same as the Autobots...just a little more violently that doesn't mean they themselves are violent in their everyday lives. Yay! Story actually has a direction now!! Of course that doesn't mean I know what's going to happen now...buuuuuuut I know how it's going to end! And knowing that is half the battle...

Right now this is the one I'm focused on...This is the one the massive amounts of plot bunnies are attacking me with...so chances are it's going to be updated and the others are going to be neglected...I am sorry but I write what the bunnies command I write!

Shadows of the Past:

I've decided I could make this the sequel to Spark...yes it already has a sequel...only now instead of focusing on the OC it's going to become a Megatron/Starscream point of view following along the vein of Spark:

This little AU is the reason my mind should not be allowed to wander...especially after reading lots of other AUs...Decepticons lost the war and although they're free they've been highly discriminated against enough that their quality of life suffers.

Wheeljack/Bluestreak eventually, Series of ficlets that stemmed from the prompt Ratchet/Wheeljack/Regret...this was an effort to get my brain functioning again or to get my muse to let me write...I'm not sure it's helping but meh...

Also, If you are interested in Betaing...I do believe that having more than one is okay. Sometimes one person will catch what another won't or have a different take on what's going on or sometimes life happens and one beta will have time and the other won't.
