As of this writing, I'm 27 years old and I live in Amarillo, TX. I'm a computer programmer and consultant by trade, and a musician and writer at heart. I've been writing stories, especially fantasy for upwards of seven years now. All of my works are completely original, and my style is definately my own. Except what you'll see on this page of course, as it's fan fiction. My biggest inspirations in writing are C.S. Lewis (Perelandria, Chronicles of Narnia), JRR Tolkein (The Hobbit, Lord of The Rings Trilogy, Adventures of Tom Bombadil, and many others), Robert Heinlein (Red Planet, Tunnel in the Sky, Job), Robert Jordan (Wheel of Time Series, various other books under other pen names), David Farland (The Runelords books), Isaac Asimov (I Robot, Bicentenial Man), and LE Modesitt Jr (Recluce Series, Spellsong Series). I also like JK Rowling's style, it's refreshing to see children's fantasy books again. Musical inspirations include Eric Clapton (nuff said), BB King ( Who is Elvis? BB is The King), Steve Vai, Jimmie Vaughan, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Paul Simon, Albert King, Andres Segovia and Buddy Guy to name a few. Guess which instrument I play hehe. I really enjoy telling stories, whether my own creations or someone elses. It's a dying art in my opinion. Anyway, you're probably regretting even reading my long bio, so pull up a story and read it. I guess I didn't beat Rowling to year seven. Oh well. There seems to be some interest in my work again. I may have to write a "Harry Potter Universe" story.
