Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a
walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.
~ From
Macbeth, by William Shakespeare.
ROS: We might as well be dead. Do you think death could possibly be a boat?
GUIL: No, no, no . . . Death is . . . not. Death isn't. You take my meaning? Death is the ultimate negative. Not-being. You can't Not-Be on a boat.
ROS: I've frequently not been on boats.
GUIL: No, no, no--what you've been is not on boats.
~ From Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, by Tom Stoppard.

Please read my Favourite Authors list, for there dwell writers of a truly magical nature, writers whose works will, I assure you, take your breath away. They really are amazing. In fact, even 'amazing' fails to do them justice, for they most certainly exceed its definition. There ought to be a new word invented specifically to describe their brilliance. *nods*
In short, they are wonderful.

I have recently removed all of my work from this website, in order to decide upon which pieces to revise, which to keep, and which to do away with. I want to thank everyone who encouraged my writing, so much, for without your kind words, I would never have continued!
You are all amazingly talented people, and I truly mean that. Never stop writing!
