A Few Notes From Your Author... I am now in my third and final year at University...and as a fully-fledged BA Single Honours History student, I obviously have zero time in between the massive amounts of reading (and dissertations) I am doing to write anything much right now...However!...Do not fret lovely readers because I'm writing little snippets here and there and I'm determined to make more time for my fics! I am currently in the process of writing my first crossover...Its working title so far is 'The Art of Reanimation and PVA Glue' and encompasses both Sherlock and Doctor Who in what is turning out to be a fairly complicated plot. It's just a one-shot, but I may expand more into the Sherlock!verse if it goes down well with either fandom. I've been working on it for god knows how long now, but I only have four chapters still to upload (one of which is already written and ready to go), so hopefully I can knuckle down over the Christmas hols and get that done! The Bitter Pill is currently going nowhere because I had to leave my copies of the Alex Rider series at home because there was no room left in the car to take them to uni. I shall be taking them with me next term, so hopefully I can get cracking on this one again... Artificial Light is currently stuck in a rather irritating Time rut. Kudos to anyone if they can get the TARDIS to work inside my plotline... Book Covers is only awaiting completion because, despite the fact that I do have a plot (yes, an actual plot!) and I know exactly what's happening in each chapter, I utterly fail at committing it to paper. Sorry everyone! Only When I Sleep...see above for details of why I fail at finishing it. Not Just A Matter of Wormtail I'm still struggling through chapter eight at the moment because Sirius is being an idiot, as usual, and not complying to the damn plot. I actually have no real excuse, except for the fact that I fail at life... The Domestic Approach is currently on hiatus because the plot bunnies have stopped biting me for this fic, meaning that I haven't been able to write any suitably cutesy, amusing drabbles with which to finish this off... This saddens me... Soul Catching...I'd be lying if I said I knew what was going on with this one. I'm currently about halfway through the next chapter and I have a vague idea of how the section will end but Koschei refuses to behave for longer than one sentence...on the plus side, the chapter after this has been finished for a while! Whoop for the potential for quick updates! Any long fics of the Harry Potter fandom [This encompasses Cardinal Sins, Brief Encounters of the Potter Kind, Of Love, Hate, Veelas, and Purple Pygmy Puffs, and the Black Thoughts Trilogy]...I'm re-reading all seven of the HP books to try and regain the inspiration that I had when I started these fics but the Marauders aren't writing themselves as easily as they used to...I think that maybe I'm beginning to forgive Snape...oh dear...
