Author has written 20 stories for Lord of the Rings, Song of the Lioness, Yu-Gi-Oh, Troy, House, M.D., Alias, D N Angel, and Inuyasha. But in her web she still delights November 9: Hey look! I'm not dead after midterms. I came back and dropped off Ch 8 of Dare You to Live. Not that anyone will care, because the fandom is beyond dead and it seems like spellcheck doesn't exist in that D.N. Angel world, but well, at least I tried. Ch 9 is 80 finished. I honestly don't know why I get inspired to write more of the stories that no one reads... October 17: The finalized Chapter 15 of BRR is now up, so new readers - if there are any out there, that is - please review. I think this chapter changed the most out of everything I've edited, so I would love to get some feedback. The Art of the Fugue, for people who follow my Anita Blake stuff, will be updated sooner or later too. Oh, and JaeHo fans, I've come back. Armed with two fics - Lead and Follow and Circles and Rings. (Yes, there's a reason why they all sound similar. And Sound and Silence is meant to be loosely linked to the other two.) As for Rivaled Lust, which is being renamed, I don't know if I'm following up on that. The fact that vampires are suddenly so popular due to the damned (ahem) annoying Twilight fandom has actually done what nothing else could in my entire life. It's made me LESS interested in a genre that I've read extensively in. Status on Blood-Red Rose for Legolas I'm in the process of revising BRR for the very last time. I've added at leave five pages worth of material to many of the chapters, changed chapter titles, and actually rewriting entire parts for a more consistent quality of writing and to strengthen the characterization. In other words, this is not a proofreading edit, but rather a complete and thorough revision. Chapters 1-15 of Blood-Red Rose for Legolas have their final versions up. Ch. 16-22 are still embarrassing as heck, but 22 and onward should be relatively fine. However, I have actually removed the rest, since originally in the first revision I did of the story, I combined Chapters 12 and 13 into one. Eventually, Chapter 13 became 14 pages on its own so I had to split them into separate chapters again. This kind of messed up the chapter order and all, so I figured this would be a good time to just take everything down and repost with finalized versions when they're complete. I've also been thinking of making an ebook version of BRR in .lit format, complete with cover. I'm quite enamored of the .lit format compared to .doc and .html. There's something about seeing it in a page by page format that makes it slightly more real. Besides, it may come as a bit of a surprise, but in all the years since I've written BRR, I've never had a hard copy of any part of it, probably because I always had this sense that I would have to go back and fix this or that, and I didn't want to waste hundreds of pages of paper. Making it an ebook just seems to finalize it and put an end to that particular endeavor of mine. o o o All the writing links that I used to include here can be found eventually if you look around on my homepage, link above.
