Hmmm doing this seems rather pointless as im unlikely to ever write anything so there's no real reason for anyone to come here but what the hell.

Country: Australia hmmm apparently this is already included but who cares i'll leave it here anyway as ummm positive reinforcement?

Sex: With a name like David im sure you can figure it out.

Age: Well I was 19ish last time I checked but who knows you might be reading this in 2029 and then I'd be 39!

Anime and manga I like: Naruto/Shippuuden, Bleach, Marchen, D.Gray-Man, Claymore, Appleseed/Ex Machina, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, Code Geass/R2, Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Panic/Fummofu/The Second Raid and Hellsing. Also Blood+. And more recently ONE PIECE! Which by the way is apparently composed of 99 awesome and 1 LIGHTNING! That's how good it is. Also some others which i've either forgotten or been to lazy too write down. I've just finished reading the manga Fairy Tail up to the latest chapter and its pretty awesome i recommend it. If any authors read this please go write some fanfics for it because there arnt nearly enough. Also i'm just starting to watch Rave Master some of the characters look very similar to those in Fairy Tail though. Ahhh! The Fairy Tail anime is finally out! and its awesome! what are you doing reading this go download and watch it now!

Recently I've been watching Darker than BLACK it's incredibly good. Not only does it contain some pretty awesome action it also has a rather interesting plot and good character interaction. I highly recommend it. Plus if enough people watch it someone might actually write some decent fics for it. You can find it on anikat.com.

Books I like: Too many to name but for fanfiction purposes the only important one is the Harry Potter series. But my personal favourites would probably have to be those written by David (and Leigh) Eddings. Awesome author. Fantastic books. Especially the redemption of Althalus.

Awesome games: Role Playing Games are the best genre. A general principle to use is anything by Black Isle studios will be awesome. But especially the Baldur's Gate series and Planescape Torment. Highly recommended. If you havent played them you are not a gamer. Anything by Bioware tends to be good as well.

Pairings:
Naruto: Naruto/Hinata because its meant to be. You know what stuff it! I don't care if Naruto/Tayuya is a crack pairing its still the best damn pairing there is if its written properly. And anyone reading this should get started on a good narutayu fic because theres just not enough of them dammit. Oh and Naruto/Anko can be good too as long as the fic dosent play off the sleaze angle.

Bleach: Ichigo/Rukia because I don't like Inoue and they work well together. Ichigo/Old!Nel is also good.

Harry Potter: Harry/Luna because Luna is the greatest fictional character ever and should totally have been the main character of the books. But equally as good is Harry/Tonks. You know why? Because Tonks is awesome dammit! and its cute! and if she can be paired with Lupin she can be paired with Harry dammit!

D.Gray-Man: Allen/Rhode because its so cute and Rhode is such a great character. Also, walker and road just go together and when you look at it like that its obvious isn't it? And best of all its at least half canon already!

Code Geass: Now fully entrenched in Kallen/Lelouch because they are so good together!

One Piece: Originally I was a bit neutral towards One Piece pairings because the characters are so unusual but after reading a few fanfics I've decided that Luffy/Nami is a great pairing and they're so cute together too. LuNa for the win!

Fairy Tail: Just from reading the manga it was a toss up between Natsu/Lucy and Natsu/Erza but now after reading some fanfics i prefer Natsu/Lucy because theres only 6 fics for NaEr and like 2 pages of NaLu fics.

Darker Than BLACK: I actually like Hei/Havoc as a pairing. Unfortunately for this pairing Havoc only appears in two episodes before she gets killed. But as if thats ever stopped me before. Sadly theres only 4 fics for this pairing and theyre all very short. There definetly should be more. Plus any fic with her in it gets to be an AU or a time travel fic. Hooray! I also kind of like Hei/Misaki but its not nearly as good. Her hair isn't cool enough.

Pet Hates:
Harems: I can't stand them. I'll be reading a great fic about a pairing that i love and then out of the blue the author ruins it by throwing in another couple of girls for no real reason. I mean come on how realistic is that. How many girls are going to be okay with having to share. Ugh. Irritating.

Slash: I have nothing against it really i just don't really want to read it. Especially when its just smut, thats just wrong. Plus most of the time the characters in question are quite obviously not gay.
probably more things that i can't be bothered writing down.

Ussop: The most irritating and stupid character in One Piece. Always trying to take the credit for others actions and talking himself up as well as being a liar and a coward. His character has no redeeming qualities h's even terrible at fighting. I hate him so much.

Cliches: Damn you cliches! You ruin like 90 of the fics i read. Especially in the harder to find pairings. For instance i challenge you to find a Harry/Tonks pairing where harry isnt some kind of bloody metamorphagamus (how is that even spelt? its different in every fic.) or a Naruto/Tayuya fic where Naruto dosent learn to play a flute. GAH!

Character Derailment: Changing the damn characters just for the sake of it. Like completely changing the characters appearance for no apparent reason or completely changing their personality. For example in naruto. Changing his outfit so I can understand as its perfectly reasonable. But changing his appearence giving him blue hair for goodness sake! (you gotta have blue hair!) or randomly making him angsty or overly serious. bah.

Personality: In one sentance i'd describe myself as "Clever but lazy". Which is why I almost certainly won't be writing any fics as aside from the fact I can't really write dialogue i'd be way to lazy to finish it.

Things i love in fanfiction:
FLUFF!: I absolutely love romantic fluff. Who cares about plot, or action or anything like that. You fill your story with romantic fluff for a pairing I like and i'll eat it up.

Humour: Because nearly every anime contains some element of comedy so shouldn't fanfics as well?

Time Travel: Because theres nothing better than seeing the story redone so that everything turns out better and the way you want it!

Super characters: Going against the trend here I actually like fics where the main character is overpowered provided the character development and story is still good. Because when is it not fun to see your favourite hero kicking ass against all and sundry!

Lightning!: Its easily the coolest element ever. I'm not sure why you dont see more of them. It's always fire or wind for naruto. I've only seen one good fic where he had sweet lightning wielding powers. I hope to see more of them.

A Note: I've read a hell of a lot of books in my life. Easily upwards of 1000 and ive watched a lot of anime. So I like to think I can tell a good fic from a bad one (although that would be about all) so if your looking for a good fic while sadly I still suck at writing and won't be inflicting any of that on people, i have managed to collect together a sizable number of good fics which can be found in my favourite stories. While there are a few fics which dont shape up to my standards and are probly in there because they snuck in while i was on a fluff high the majority are damn good. So if you have similar taste in stories to me then you have just found a vast stash of gems snatched out of the muck which is the rest of fanfiction.net. Enjoy yourselves.

Right well that about sums it up if anyone's still reading this then shoo what are you doing here you must be incredibly bored but surely theres something better you could be doing. Like reading about luna! or eating pudding. Or you could be writing a fanfic about tayuya or tonks. Or something with lightning in it. If you are writing something along the lines of those be sure to remind me and i'll go take a look.
