Author has written 9 stories for Lord of the Rings. Happy Spring, y'all... I wish to apologize profusely to the kind people who are fond of my writing; I know it has been forever since I updated or posted anything new here. I'm sure easily three years have passed since anything happened... the explanation is long and convoluted, and much of it personally painful, but I'm finally back. I think. To answer the questions everyone's asking: 1) No, I have NOT abandoned "Dark Leaf"; and yes, I am aware it's been something like five years and more since there was an update. I apologize profoundly for that. a) DL 17 and following (probably five or six more chapters, then into the Land of Sequels we go...) 4) I have managed to log in to my web page and start fixing things up; more as that progresses. I may well be moving it soon anyway. OLD News: For those who have asked, my husband is recovered all but completely from his stroke, and we both have jobs again, thanks for all the prayers! I will probably maintain an account here at FF.net for humour pieces and G and PG rated fiction, but the tastier bits will have to go elsewhere, for I no longer trust the Admin folks here. Sad but true, but "Dark Leaf" was yanked without warning, and no one has ever answered my requests for information as to why...
