Author has written 12 stories for Harry Potter. February 9, 2008 Well..there's not much I can say to redeem myself. I've been horrible at updating and responding to reviews (granted I usually do the latter when I update) over the last, oh, several months. So my only excuse is that I'm in college. I'm so busy that I'm lucky if I get a moment to take a few deep breaths, let alone to sit down and write something other than a research paper for a class. I still get those little urges to write the next chapter for BA or a new one-shot I've been thinking about. Unfortunately, then I remember my mountain of work to do, for which I am being graded. I want to finish BA, and yes, I want to keep writing. I just can't promise a date anymore. Perhaps I will get some free time over spring break (which is less than a month away, before you protest). I'm hoping for that. I know I left BA at the same cliffhanger as last time, and for that I apologize. I am really, truly, sorry. You can email me long hateful letters if you'd like, and I'll respond and I won't complain. Haha. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I'm alive and I haven't forgotten and hopefully I shall be back soon. I hope you're all doing splendidly! Beautiful Addiction News/Updates: (December 11, 2005) Yes, and I am hesitant to tell you this, Beautiful Addiction readers, but I must...I have the next chapter almost completed. However, I don't think I'm going to post it...just yet, that is. I have started rewriting BA, because I just can't read the first few chapters without cringing these days; it has just been too long. SO - I have begun to post this rewrite at unknowableroom.org. I hope you will give it a chance, and not be too terribly angry with me. I am keeping most of the plotlines the same; in fact, I intend to switch over to the old chapters I already have at some point, and continue from where I left off. Which means that yes, I will be resolving that cliffhanger. It is mostly the beginning I'm going to alter a bit. So, a question to you wonderful people - do you wish for me to post the revision here as well? I am currently halfway through the second chapter, but I have a better plan this time and after this week of finals hell, I should have more time to write (for Christmas break). Plus, I am rounding out my last few college applications, which will take a lot of stress off my hands. Anyway, if you do wish for me to post here, or have some other comments or complaints, please email me AutumnAmethyst06@yahoo.com I will respond, I promise. And I will address those complaints. I'm just so sorry for being absent so long, I hope that you will give me another chance. On another note...my other stories. I don't think I would recommenend reading them, to be honest. Lol. Initially I wanted to finish them too, but there may just be too much to change, and really, I would probably delete them if I didn't want to lose all of the reviews...I'm sorry :( It's been way too long.
