About Me:

I live a pretty satisfying life in the crazy-but-utterly fantastic world of Portland, Oregon. I am almost twenty-one years old and I already feel rather old...is that even normal? I have plans on becoming a librarian and even to become a writer, as a side job.

I started writing when I was thirteen years old, which quickly became a love of mine. I don't write as nearly as I want to, due to college and everyday life, but when I have time in between my chaotic schedule, it's always awesome when I can manage it.

I'm also, what many would call, an otaku. I've loved anime, since I was in first grade (my first anime was Sailor Moon, which I recently delved back into), and I still love it just as much as I did back then. There's too many series that I love for me to list, but if I had to choose a few of my all-time faves, I would have to say Pandora Hearts, Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji, Chrono Crusade, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Sailor Moon, Hetalia, Ouran High School Host Club, Natsume Yuujinchou, and Fullmetal Alchemist.

Although it couldn't ever dream of surpassing my love for anime, I also really like video games. My favorite all-time games would have to be Persona 4, Persona 3, Okami, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, and The Professor Layton series.

Besides being an otaku, I am an anglophile (meaning that I am a fan of British culture). I have been this way ever since I was little and my mom bought the VHS version of Pride and Prejudice (1995 version with Colin Firth). Right now, I am obsessed with Doctor Who and BBC's Sherlock, which are both brilliant series.

I also ship...a lot. As you can see the list of pairings below, I support a lot of pairings (my OTPs are highlighted in bold, BTW)I especially like the 'opposites attract' type of pairing. ;)
