This account was mostly created for the sake of reviewing Little Women fic, which I’ve been reading avidly as of late. I figured a snazzy username beats silence and/or anonymity any day. I've also suprised myself by writing a story of my own much sooner than I thought I would. I'm having a great deal of fun with it!

I’m an American living in China, and teaching English to children aged 3-10. I originally read Little Women because it was left behind at a youth hostel in Kunming, and English books are hard to find here. It kept me company through a thirty hour train ride. After I’d finished reading it through once, I spent the rest of the journey looking over my favorite parts, most of which happened to be the Jo/Laurie bits. I fell in love with the pairing.

Suffice to say I was happy to find that the book had attracted such good fan fic writers.

I’m still in the fandom newbie stage, where the story and the ideas are very fresh for me, and I find myself wanting to talk about them with anyone who will listen or participate. In fact, there's very little I enjoy more than a good book discussion, and if anyone would like to engage me in one, I'd be forever grateful. I'm imzadidinah on AIM
