Author has written 11 stories for Power Rangers, and Twilight. Story Status: Okay, lots going on. Again, I apologize for the infrequency of posts, I have a lot of original projects going on, as well as the personal stuff that's made it difficult to write. Announcement one: I've begun publishing original poetry and fiction on my newsblog site. Announcement two: The one year anniversary of the first Tanzetti post is April 22 and I am planning to have a huge posting of chapters, hopefully not just Tanzetti, and I hear rumors there may be some other stories published in celebration. Either way looks to be fun so keep checking it. Announcement three: I'm attending a writer's conference next week where I'm going to be meeting agents and trying to get my first novel published. I welcome constructive, mature critisizms (bashers need not apply). If you can tell me what you don't like about it and suggest other ways it will make me a stronger writer and give you a better story next time. A little about me: I've been writing fanfiction for...forever, but I've never published any of it. At first I was embarassed, thinking, no one does this stuff, then in college I discovered sites like this, but I was so busy writing my own stuff I didn't have much time to devote to it anymore. So here I am, five years later, still trying to be a writer and I think, what the hell, it's fun, just do it. So I hope you enjoy. I'm also a mainstream fiction writer (as yet unpublished), so if you like what you read here go check out some of my original works on my homepage. I'm always looking for people willing to give me feedback. My writing style: I mostly write character driven dramas. Not huge on action and fight scenes but try to work them if it's appropriate. Right now I mostly am writing in the Power Rangers realm, original and Zeo only because Billy is my favorite character and I gave up the series about the same time he did. (I think I watched the Turbo movie, but it must have given me PTSD because I dont' remember it) I may write in other realms in the future, the plot bunnies have yet to decide... My favorite books: Whatever I'm reading at the time. I read over thirty books a year, mostly sci-fi fantasy and romance. I'm currently following two series: Sookie Stackhouse by Charlaine Harris (basis for True Blood), and Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. Favorite Movies: Too many to name but anything mainstream Sci-fi or fantasy: Star Wars, Twilight, Transformers, Lord of the Rings, Dexter, True Blood...the list goes on. Age: Old enough to remember when Power Rangers was new, too old for my friends to consider it cool. | |||||
