So I'm new to Fan Fiction but so far I love it.Hmm let's see, I used to watch One Tree Hill but I stopped watching it after season 3, because well honestly it went downhill from there. I'm currently writing a story for this same show...sort of my own twist of the show and the couples that should've been all along.

Couples I ship...

Well my number 1 would definitely be Nathan and Peyton. Something about the arrogant, bad ass star player and the brooding bitchy cheerleader draws me in. I love both Nathan and Peyton in season 1 and I think that they could've been really good together. Looking back on it now, I'm surprised the writers didn't see it. They had their problems, sure but they had such good chemistry and passion during their fights. Plus, Peyton always understood what he was all about. Even when he was being a jerk. And she was totally there for him when Haley left on tour. And who can forget the season 1 boy toy auction where he tells her he'll always have feelings for her and she tells him he's turning out to be the kind of guy she always knew he could be. That scene had my hopes up that a Pathan reunion was on the way. But then of course the writers had to go and marry Nathan and Haley and force us to believe that Naley was meant to be. In my opinion Peyton will always be a better match for Nathan than Haley. Neyton definitely deserved to be explored more, especially after season 2. Why the writers never did, is beyond me. But, thank god for fan fiction!

Laley is love. Plain and simple. How could you not love them? As best friends, or just something more. They're just awesome all together. I really do believe they're the true soulmates of the show. They're always there for each other and can understand each other better than anyone. I have never been much for the best friends turning lovers thing (I hated the whole Dawson/Joey soulmate crap and I loved P/J) but there was something about Lucas and Haley. From the very first episode I just always wanted something more between them. During season 1 when Haley first started falling for Nathan I truly believed Lucas had feelings for her or the show might be going in a L/H/N triangle. Lucas seemed much more jealous than protective most of the time. And no one can deny the sweet way he always looked at her...

Brooke and Nathan...a very, very, very close second to my NP love. I love Nathan with either Peyton or Brooke. If it came down to a triangle...I'd have an extremely difficult time deciding who Nathan was better for. Lol. I mean, how awesome would that be? Brooke and Peyton had much more chemistry with Nathan than with Lucas. But that's just me :) Seriously, Brathan will always be the number 1 couple that wasn't but so obviously should've been. The number of Brathan fics and shippers don't lie! Brooke and Nathan would've just been hot! I love their season 1 edge. They were so much fun and so bad-ass and just plain hot. Brooke is like the female version of Nathan and vice versa. I usually don't think couples who are similar in personality make a good match, but with NB I just know they would've. Besides, the star basketball player and the captain of the cheer squad? Classic.

I also love the characters of Felix, Jake, and Rachel.

I loved season 2 with Felix and Brooke and I'm surprised there aren't many Brelix shippers out there. I also think Felix would've been really good with Haley. The player bad boy and the smart girl. Such a cliche but it always works (I know basically that was what Naley was supposed to be...but it just never did it for me when it came to those two!)

I love Rachel's character and I was so dissapointed when they didn't bring her in for season 5. Her and Brooke's friendship and banter was awesome. I know it might not seem like I like Rachel very much because my fic seems very anti-Rachel at times...but I really do love her character. I think Rachel would've been very good with either Lucas (I know, I know a very unlikely couple, but Lucas needs someone who will balance out his broodiness, spice up his life and I think Rachel could've been that girl) or with Jake and Chase. Love the idea of the 'slut' falling for the nice guy or the 'innocent' one.

Jake was the sweetest most understanding guy ever and I was very dissapointed when they basically wrote him off after season 4 and off Peyton's history as well. Jeyton was a good match, much better than Leyton ever was. And while Jeyton was probably the only actual couple (besides NP) that I ever liked on the show, I would've loved to see him with Brooke. Again, with the whole nice guy and the 'slut'. Jake could've been the guy to turn it around for Brooke. Make her believe in love. And wasn't a child all Brooke ever wanted? Well, there you go. Jake and Jenny. They had sooo much potential, it's actually depressing the writers never saw it. Jake was so totally the guy that could've 'saved' Brooke.

Couples I strongly dislike..the main one will always be Leyton. Even from the first episode, I could see the writers were sort of heading that way but it still just rubbed me the wrong way. I never saw their 'connection.' Sure, they were good friends but the whole soulmate-meant-to-be crap was b.s if you ask me. They were together for what? A couple of episodes in season 1 and they want us to believe their story was epic? For the major portion of the entire series Lucas was with Brooke, trying to win Brooke back, falling in love with her. Seasons 1,2,3 and 4 were all Brucas. Lucas even told her he was the guy for her and told Rachel that Brooke was the one for him, that 'the heart has reasons that resaon cannot know' and then suddenly one day he realizes that Peyton is the one he's really in love with. Now, don't think after all this rant that I'm a Brucas shipper in any way. I'm not. All Lucas ever did was make Brooke feel insecure and he cheated on her, twice with her best friend, so no I don't ship them, although I'll ocassionaly read a good Brucas story (preferably ones where Lucas realizes what an ass he's always been and one where she moves on) Anyways, the point is I hate Leyton. They get on my nerves together and I don't know how they can be happy when they've hurt so many people along the way just to be together. They were like the second coming of Dawson and Joey and ugh did I hate those two! Enough said.

As for the whole Brucas/Leyton debate, although I'm not a fan of either...I'll say Brucas was the better match. No doubt. I may be one of the few, but I actually liked Lindsay. I was really hoping that the writers would have her and Lucas end up together, especially after hearing Lucas tell her time and time again that he loved her (but then, how many times have we heard Lucas say to a girl that she's the one?) And I totally hated Peyton season 5, she was such a bitch to her.

As for Naley...I think they strongly rival Leyton in my intense dislike for this couple. Ugh, could any couple be more annoying? I hated how the writer's sticked them together so early on and never even gave their characters a chance to explore something else. One thing that annoyed me, was how Nathan was still very much hung up on Peyton and still trying to get back with her and then in the next episode he's going on a 'date' with Haley and suddenly they're madly in love and getting married. I was very annoyed. And then she left him to go on tour and then wanted to come back into his life like nothing happened. Their scenes together make me want to gag most of the time. They were just too syrupy and I hate how the writer's did a complete 180 on Nathan's attitude. Sure, I loved that he became a 'good guy' but he just totally lost that edge that made him sexy as hell. Plus Haley went all Joey possesive on him when she came back from the tour. I used to like Haley...but post Nathan Haley just annoyed the crap out of me.

Anyways, I've been watching season 7, although I'm not going to lie I tend to change the chanel when Naley has one of their scenes. I miss Laley and Breyton scenes, I don't miss Leyton's annoying TLA brooding crap. Mouth and Skills are hilarious together, Jamie is adorable and I totally want to strangel that bitch Alex! Anyone else notice how the stupid writers are trying to screw over Brooke again? The whole Julian/Alex storyline is like the second coming of Lucas and Peyton!The guy Brooke loves and who claims to love her, but yet he's always "saving" someone else, making Brooke question them and bring out her insecurities. But besides all that crap, I'm totally rooting for Brulian, and they're the only reason I watch the show now. I've actually grown to be very fond of them together...oh all right. I love them together. I'm totally on Team Brulian now. Heheh.

I love to read any Laley, Brathan or Pathan fictions. I've never come across a Brooke/Nathan/Peyton fiction but I'm still looking! hahah, maybe I'll write it one day myself. Besides that, I love to read any Crossover fictions with Supernatural (I'm completely obsessed with those Winchester boys.) Strangely the only crossover couples I like are either Sam/Haley or Dean/Haley. And most recently, any Brulian fanfics (Especially if those fics consist of Brooke kicking Lucas to the curb to be with the amazing Julian Baker ;)

Anyways, I'm back!! Life is finally slowing down enough where I can get back to what I love doing the most...writing!

Star-Crossed is the only fic I've written and it's in the works.I plan to make it a really long story. In the beginning I wasn't too sure where I was going with it, but I've got all these ideas for it and I think I now have a pretty good idea of how it's going to pan out, who's going to end up with who. There's a possibility that there might be a sequel to it going into their college years...

There's some ideas circling around in my head for 2 other fanfics that just won't leave me alone. Although Star-Crossed will be my top priority, I'm really hoping to concrete those other ideas into new stories sometime soon. One is a Ja/B, N/P and L/H, completely AU and the other revolves around our favorite gang (complete with Rachel and Jake) plus Julian and the incredibly hot Winchester brothers...
