1) They are brothers, nothing else.
Technically there brothers...who sing:P

2) They must always live with Dave.
No they don't have to, someone can kill Dave and then they end up with Ms. Miller:P

3) They must always end up with the Chipettes. Alvin can hit on other girls, but he must end up with Brittany.
Nah, he can date who ever he wants (even his brothers) lol :p

4) They cannot die.
Yeah they can, hello suicide :p

5) They can have superpowers, but the color of the magic/ mystical zone has to be the same color as they're signature colors.
No, Alvin can have black (emo), Simon can have orange, and Teddy can have yello :p

6) They can't die.
Yeah, your answer is already up:p

7) They can't be severly injured.
NO!! They can knock each others ass out (kiddin') :p

8) There cannot be any OCs. Only the Chipmunks, Dave, and the characters created my the Bagdasarians.
Ok, did you see A&Tc the movie, what about Claire of Ian:p

9) The Chipettes HAVE to live with Miss Miller.
No they don't they can live in there tree house

10) If you kill them, thus violating numbers 4 and 6, you must bring them back. Also making it a horror story.
What if they're angels? So what now angels are scary?!:p

11) They can't be in horror stories.
You just waste five seconds of my life reading number 10!:p

12) You must have at least three jokes/gags in a chapter.
So what, there has to be jokes in a horror story, that's not right, you don't make no sence with this thing lol:p

13) If you do a Chipmunk crossover, it must be with some other cartoon. Not live action.
What about the CGI movie and sequel:p

14) If you have songs, they have to fit in the story. Not just be random.
Um, Alvin can sing the Barbie girl theme song good by one-shots:p

15) The Chipmunks do not work for free. If you use them you must send Ross Bagdasarian 100 dollars by the end of the month, or else you'll die instantly.
Ok, so if I pay him 1000 will I live?!:p

16) Don't talk about the rules, don't tell people about the rules, don't even think about the rules.
I'm talkin about with you right now, your telling people on fanfiction about the rules, and how am I suppose to answer them if I'm not allowed to think about them. I DON'T GET U !:P
