Author has written 46 stories for Harry Potter. Hello, Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sarah and I live in England and I'm in my mid twenties. I'm a Graphic Designer which I love doing and I write in my spare time, as well as doing as much sport as I can! I started writing fanfics a few years ago, and I'm working up to writing my own story/novel/book, call it what you will! Edited to Add: (23rd March 2008) I have recenly joined the staff over at The Quidditch Pitch which is a wonderful site, I would go on about it but my big Sis Solstice Muse does it in a much more succint way than I could and she also talks about another site that I have issue with, also in a more succint and better way than I could. What can I say, she's wonderful. And she is the reason I will ALWAYS laugh out loud when it comes to the Aunty Muriel!Omlette quote in Deathly Hallows. Anyway in Solstice Muse's words... If you don't know the site (The Quidditch Pitch) then let me fill you in. You can write whatever you like, whatever combination of characters you like, whatever sexual orientation you like and there are no dictatorial mods with mis-placed ideas of canon which they try to force onto other people like the Council over on Checkmated. Most of you will know my feelings about Checkmated. I hate that site, hate it, they told me Ron wasn't deep or emotional and Hermione never lost her temper or swore. I think they are rude, obnoxious snobs and will have you know that they have rejected some of the best fic writers in fandom today. I happen to agree wholeheartedly with Shari over the Checkmated issues. If you've been rejected from Checkmated (I will point out my most favourited/reviewed fic on here got rejected) then you are in good company.
