Every freakin' vacation me and my family takes people asks us where we're from, and when we say Alaska, they ask those SAME QUESTIONS!! Life Story:I was born in Palmer Alaska on May 27, 1993. I grow up with my birth parents, Ron and Karen Hartman, until the age of 5 or 6. My parents were having marriage problems and got divorced. After the divorce, I lived with my mom and my step dad, Bill Provo, who was friends to both my mom and dad for years, up in Sutton, only about 16 miles from Palmer on school days. On weekends and holidays, I lived with my dad in Walsilla, Alaska. But even after the divorce, my mom, dad, and Bill were still friends. My mom and Bill are construction workers while my dad was a semi-truck driver. My dad always took me to Canada each week end on one of his long hauls. That continued up until I was 10. Dad got a new job, driving a truck out of state. I really wanted to go, but my dad told me I couldn't. That same night, when I was asleep, I was woken up by my mom, with tears in her eyes. When I asked what was wrong, I feared the worst, which turned out to be the worst. She said, "Ronnie, I'm so sorry, but I got terrible news. Ron had a heart attack at a truck stop, he died on the way to the hospital." I was forever changed after that horrible night. The next week, my grandpa, Roy Hartman, died of a heart attack. So I become alittle anti-social after all the drama and lose of loved ones. I've been living with my mom, Bill, and my older sisters', Sam and Cindy, for six years now. I now go to CTHS: Career and Technical High School, getting the education to become a chef. The only way I get through each day is joking around with my best friend, Morgan Morphis.
