Fic Status:

Kind By Moonlight: Abandoned. Why? I have completely lost inspiration and I don't even remember some of my characters. I'm not really interested in the X-Men: Evolution fandom at the moment (due to having forgotten about the universe). I apologize to all of my readers, and thank you for staying with it for so long.

Bestial. In the midst of huge re-write. Sakura-centric. Everyone's power has consequences. Find out what happens when Sakura becomes a target for those consequences. Pairings to be determined; ShinoSaku, KibaSaku, NaruSaku interaction so far. With emphasis on the "so far." And yes, it is spelled correctly.

Re: BIG REWRITE OF BESTIAL:

There were a lot of things that, going back and re-reading, I was dissatisfied with, starting with Sakura’s voice and ending with a large pile of nitpicky things. I really didn’t know where to start. And then by the time I got motivated a lot of manga chapters had been published. And then I was afraid to catch up (and also had zero time) because a lot of things can happen in 150 manga chapters (and I was right). So I decided that a more extensive rewrite was in order (which I had no time to do, and was sort of intimidated by). And then it turned into reconstructive surgery in which only the bare skeleton was the same (and also, I now have time . . . temporarily). And also three years passed, which is also . . . intimidating. >.>;

I debated long and hard whether to get rid the first person narrative, because I’m not nearly the same person I was when I started this 5 or 6 years ago, and I know I can’t write that exact same Sakura (which I'm sort of glad about) . . . but in the end, I kept it. I went back and read through every single one of my reviews and thank you, thank you for the support and constructive criticism and your patience, it was sort of overwhelming and amazing.

I’m kind of in progress of catching up on Naruto, but I’m still sort of reeling from Things I Really, Really Didn’t Expect To Happen in the manga (I spoiled myself alksdfj), so this is going to hang around the same timeline as the original (AR starting from chapter 290something, the one that introduces Sai and Yamato—or Tenzou, I guess I should say), because otherwise it would turn into an angstfest and this is supposed to be a bit of smutastic pseudoharem (lovepolygon?) fun.
