Author has written 2 stories for Fallout.

Well, what can I say about myself... I write when I can but working 40 hours a week fresh out of college leaves me little time to do anything else. What else... Video games are awesome. Hockey and baseball are awesome.

Anyway, I'm really trying to get back into finishing "I'm the Enemy," which has been a work in progress since I was a senior. Oh, memories. I would be open to the idea of a beta reader that could manage the deal with my infrequent updates and perhaps keep me interested and on track.

Someone asked if the name I chose to give to my main character, Dante, is meaningful. The simple answer: yes. And no, it's not my name. I'm really not a fan of self-insert fiction. The meaning of the name is "everlasting, enduring". Dante was also the name of a writer and the author of the epic "The Divine Comedy", in which he describes his visons of hell and paradise.

Here is the opening of his writings:

Canto 1, Hell

In the midway of this our mortal life,
I found me in a gloomy wood, astray
Gone from the path direct: and e'en to tell
It were no easy task, how savage wild
That forest, how robust and rough its growth,
Which to remember only, my dismay
Renews, in bitterness not far from death.
Yet to discourse of what there good befell,
All else will I relate discover'd there.
How first I enter'd it I scarce can say,
Such sleepy dullness in that instant weigh'd
My senses down, when the true path I left,
But when a mountain's foot I reach'd, where clos'd
The valley, that had pierc'd my heart with dread,
I look'd aloft, and saw his shoulders broad
Already vested with that planet's beam,
Who leads all wanderers safe through every way.
