Writer and reader of different things living in the Southeastern United States. Unnaturally obsessed with the United Kingdom and take steps every day to accomplish my goal of permanent relocation to my favorite part of the world. I.love.it. I'd really like to be a writer living in London, perusing used book stores in equally as ancient (to my young American eyes anyway) buildings down Charing Cross, people-watching and drinking in Soho at the Nellie and The Toucan, shopping in Camdentown, and eating BLTs and drinking Strongbow with my wifey (my bestie...I'm not a lesbian...not really anyway) in Green Park. Maybe one day. I swear a lot, but underneath the potty mouth is a very humble, nice, sweet person with a tender heart and soul. I'm a lover and I'm not a fighter. I hike, I clean, I cook, I write, I travel, and I spend way too much time with my cat and watching films. Oh, and I spend way too much money on music. My favorite word to say with an English accent is "Natalie." Sometimes I start speaking with an English accent when I'm drunk. I don't know why. I'm not intentionally being a poser. Speaking of, my favorite beers are Bass Ale and Boddington's. Heineken is good, too. I'm a big fan of the characters in the Twilight Saga but the series itself tends to annoy me. I take issue with a lot of it. I guess that's why I love Twilight fanfiction so much. I'm pro-Saga through Eclipse but I am still in denial that Breaking Dawn ever happened. What a big, stinking hunk of literary disappointment. Sorry to those of you who liked it. It just wasn't my cup of tea. I can't see anyone else as Edward besides the man himself, Robert Pattinson, but I don't lose my shit over him. He's just a guy...that farts. If you try to talk to me about his private life, all I hear is Charlie Brown's mother. Seriously. Don't know him, don't care. Leave me in peace in my lonely, quiet portion of the world that isn't obsessed with where he puts his #()$*#. UPDATE: I am officially "out" of this fandom. It's been wonderful and I've met a lot of great people, and some not so great. It was just time for me to leave. I have pulled my stories. I still am working on original fiction, and if you are a fan of my works, and see me around one day, please say hi. | |||||
