In Lak’ech – I am Another Yourself
It doesn't matter who I am... really. Just another mere avid reader :D
"The best writers are those with humility in their hearts, 'cause the quality of humbleness is like a precious stone, difficult to find. That's the quality of uniqueness. That's the quality of pure creativeness."
And of course those who never leave an unfinished work -even if it takes years- and unconsciously follow those wise Bukowski's advises (read below), and don't pressure readers to leave a review -in order to continue- 'cause their work doesn't need that. The pure creativeness acts on its own.
Which mean that I won't leave a review if I don't feel like it. I consider each fiction work as an unique Universe of its own, each author's timeline so to say... I'd never say to someone that I don't know or who doesn't know me, how to write, that is for me impolite, specially if we don't know each other and because I have my own idea construct of how a fictional work must be according to my own preferences and background experiences, just like what happens with the authors... I can't oblige someone to write what I want or how I want it, that's just so rude. If it happens that a work coincidentally portraits or reflects part of my own feelings and ideas, the author will know, that would be like a magnet for me to write a review, even a tiny thank you.
But if after reading that above you still would like a review from this weird, odd reader, just PM me. :)
Hala Ken - You are another Me
A shorter list of my all time favorites fanfics
(a short notice: this list, as well as the other going to be re-read, re-done, re-fav,... it has been a good while since the last time I've updating this, perhaps lots of these fics have been deleted, moved or who knows... so they all need to be re-checked. :D )
Kagome & Sesshomaru: The Snow Angel by Sunset Miko
Kakashi & OC: - Yuki no Hi by Angrbotha - What could be by meeshellb - A Leaf Hidden in the Mist by Dalrynn - Maybe It's magic by Makurana - The Secret of Forbidden Jutsu by Jayde Raine - Flower of Konoha by Princess Tsunade - I know not byScribedBLK - by InsanityIsTheNewBlack - A love over Time by Quinninism - Featherd Mask by Silverlugia - Rebuilding Konoha by Smiley Face
(OCs are refreshing and they're the true challenge for a writer, to make a good character from the scratch and of course, with a good plot to exploit the new potentiality. That's pure creativeness. So... if you happen to read this accidentally and are a OC writer who are not afraid of going beyond the 'security zone', I just wanted to say THANK YOU).

'If the path before you is clear, you're probably on someone else's.' By Joseph Campbell
So you want to be a writer? by Charles Bukowski
If you have to sit for hours staring at your computer screen or hunched over your typewriter searching for words, don't do it.
If you're doing it for money or fame, don't do it. If you're doing it because you want women in your bed, don't do it. If you have to sit there and rewrite it again and again, don't do it. If it's hard work just thinking about doing it, don't do it.
If you're trying to write like somebody else, forget about it.
if you have to wait for it to roar out of you, then wait patiently. If it never does roar out of you, do something else.
If you first have to read it to your wife or your girlfriend or your boyfriend or your parents or to anybody at all,
Don't be like so many writers, don't be like so many thousands of people who call themselves writers, don't be dull and boring and pretentious, don't be consumed with self-love. The libraries of the world have yawned themselves to sleep over your kind. Don't add to that.
Don't do it. Unless it comes out of your soul like a rocket, unless being still would drive you to madness or
When it is truly time, and if you have been chosen, it will do it by itself and it will keep on doing it until you die or it dies in you.
There is no other way. And there never was.
