I like stories that are a bit dark, although not TOO dark. My story is a bit dark that I'm writing. I can't help it though, it just floats around in my head and I have to let it out!
I am easily impressed by stories...so if you're looking for constructive critism, you've come to the wrong place.
Ex: Me: OMGSH I LOVE YOUR STORY IT'S AWESOME!
I personally think that my first story is horrible, but some people disagree (I also think they're crazy ;))
I'm starting a new story soon, one about Harry and friends reading the HP series to the Maurders, his mom, and a couple of people who you'll have to read to find out. Yes I do realize this has been done a few times, but I don't care for any of them. No offense... :)
My favorite authors are: kbinnz, aussie-muggle, and more but I forgot all of them.
Note The only reason I didn't add kbinnz to my fav authors list is that she writes mostly star trek. And I hate star trek.

Favorite Books: The Harry Potter series, The Left Behind series, the Ugly series, the Maximum Ride series.

Favorite Authors of all time: Jo Rowling, James Pattinson, Jerry Jenkins.

Fav Movie Stars: Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Kirk Cameron.

Favorite Characters: Snape, Ron, Fred, Tonks

Fav Villians: Voldemort, Umbridge, Bellatrix, Darth Caedus (Darth Caedus for those of you who don't know, is Leia Solo's son, Jacen who turned evil)

Writing I hate: Slash, Adult/child EEW, gross stuff...

Writing I love: Unusual stuff, Snape/Harry guardianship, Ginny/Harry,

Note What annoys me is when Hermione is paired up with practically every character out there. Hermione belongs to Ron, and Ron alone!

Okay, I love crossovers. Especially Harry Potter and Twilight crossovers. But usually I hate reading just Twilight fanfics. And I prefer crossovers when Harry Potter is more powerful than the vamps. As you can see I favor Harry Potter over Twilight.

Now, a little side note about Harry Potter fanfics. I hate HP fanfics that bashes Dumbledore. Recently I've been reading a lot of it. What the heck? Dumbledore is good. He's not some manipulative old creeper who is out to get Harry and/or take control of the Ministry. Also, I can't stand stories that overly bash Snape and/or Draco. Snape is good. I realize that at the time the story may have been written before DH. But still...and also, I would like to point out that Draco is NOT evil. He is a git, but not evil. Plus it's not his fault he is who he is. It's his father and Voldemort's fault. Proof he isn't evil? He couldn't bring himself to kill Dumbledore. He isn't a murderer. Although I'm not a huge Draco fan, I like sympathetic Draco stories every now and then. Although I still know that Draco is to blame, he has a terrible view about Muggleborns and whatnot. Also, I love the original pairing, Ron/Hermione, and Harry/Ginny. The only thing I would like to change is Neville/Luna, but I think Rowling didn't make them a couple just because she didn't want it to seem like she was pairing everyone up with each other if you know what I mean. I hate Dramione. I don't like Ron bashing. I will occasionally read Luna/Harry. I'm sorry I'm so picky...I like reading Maraurder stories where Snape DOESN'T come across as a git and James all innocent. We all know James was a bully. :) Poor Snape...he is ma favorite character, although him loving Lily doesn't excuse his behavior towards Harry. He's still snarky. But I think it's funny, kind of like House. lol. I like stories where Harry goes back and time. And when Sirius is Harry's Guardian. Okay, I'm done now. Recently I've been a little sad because NO ONE reviews my stories. I have like 14 reviews for my story Escape. But it show like... 200 something hits. So obviously people aren't reviewing. I even bribed them with cookies! Oh well...

Dumbledore's Gift: The Philosophers Stone:
I went and checked the story stats on there, and almost 150 people have read this! Wow... but guess how many reviewed? Two. 2/150. That's kind of pathetic. Now I personally hate people who don't update stories because they want reviews, but I'm kind of debating to do just that. I mean, only 2 reviews? Would it be mean of me to do that? Oh well, I'm on the internet, I could care less if someone hated me on the internet. Oh, and did I mention my story is almost 10,000 words? 10,000 words = 2 reviews. Me = sad. I'll give it a day or two and see where that goes.
